Today is the first day of a brand new year, that drags along with it the sum of all the problems and pretenses of the old year, but accompanied with a dash of sincere hope that under new management, our country can succeed in restoring America to its rightful role, for all the world, as the “Shining Beacon on the Hill.”
I noted that we approach the future under Donald Trump, ‘with a dash of hope,’ but also with a marked lack of enthusiasm. The TEA Party experience seems to have evaporated into thin air after having achieved three consecutive election victories for Conservative principles that finally showed the Marxist-Democrats the door. But those rascals are still out there plotting and scheming and organizing, to undo the grass works efforts that made a Trump Presidency and a Republican Congress possible. From Republicans, there is no gratitude.
Shockingly, the lack of acknowledgement of that effort from our stunned elected politicians who constitute the Republican Party, and who still fail to grasp the import of the tidal wave of political change that eliminated the Democrats, has also swept the GOP’s influence out the door too. They are still reeling in disbelief wondering how a pragmatists became their leader. Apparently some have even “reached across the aisle” to join hands with the Socialist enemy to try to restore their combined hegemony over the American political process. Let the looting continue.
Primary among the GOP “Never Trumpers” stands 4th place loser John Kasich, Governor of Ohio who, if the frequent appeals from his web site to my email address are any indication, still believes he should be the rightful Republican candidate so as to restore to proper governing, the failed process of “bipartisanship” and return our government to the capable hands of the one world government crowd composed of mega banks, international corporations and the quasi assembly of third world nations gathered under the blue banner of the United Nations.
2018 will be another important midterm election experience for conservatism. Also judging by the volume of their appeals for donations, Democrats must truly believe, because Americans really, really hate Trump, that they will capture the House and the Senate again. How they accomplish that goal with an intractable and intransigent, but aging leadership, themselves ready for hospice care, is in serious doubt. Their message never changes, free stuff for everyone, no border walls, protect sanctuary cities and states, and free education and glorify perversion because it’s only fair.
Future leadership for the Democrat party is an unspoken contest between old time American leftists and the corroding influence of foreign ideals (Islam), they are trying to force into the American culture as a norm, a precursor of the coming jihad that turns America into a Caliphate.
Presently, both party’s find their bases confused by indecision. For the Democrats, it’s do they move further left and double down, or move center right to save themselves? For the stupid Republicans, a golden opportunity has been laid at their feet and sure as heck, they’re going to flub it. Where is the TEA parties when we need them? The GOP needs to be cleansed of its socialist heretics. Younger conservative candidates need to be encouraged to step forward and seize the reins of American constitutionalism. As my friend Jack Smith reminds us constantly, “if not now, when?” “If not you, who?”…or something like that. We’ve got to get moving, now.

The headline: “It Is Possible The Motive Of The Latest London Subway Bombing May Never Be Known.” This after the bombing attempt aboard a London commuter train last week that injured twenty-nine riders. It’s a stupid comment and reflects an exercise in official denial. Of course we know the motive for the attack. It’s another attempt by Islamic Jihadists, to propagate the faith through fear. The attackers, now in custody, have simply followed the demands written in the Koran (Qur’an) by a camel jockey named Mohammed, who fancied himself a ‘prophet’ of God and who would gladly cut your head off if you disagreed with him. Now, his followers will gladly do it for him. Good ol’’ “Mo” used a sword. This current lot have planes, cars and bombs.
The muslim mayor of London, responding to a Trump Tweet on the subject Tweeted: “Trumps ignorant view of Islam could make both our countries less safe. It risks alienating mainstream muslims. London has proved him (Trump) wrong.” Everything here is denial. The London Police know exactly what the motive is but political correctness is preventing them from saving the UK from the barbaric ravages of the followers of this 7th Century inbred. The Mayor mentioned risking alienating muslims…well, no, I don’t think so. To be alienated, one must have wanted to assimilate with his new culture, not come ready to destroy it. They are already alienated by the Koran they read. There can be no moderate muslims, only inactive ones waiting to be activated.
For some reason the British government has cast off any pretense of preserving democracy, British law and culture. Even their famous dedication to free speech is in peril, all to rush headlong into Islamic appeasement in fear of having their own heads cut off. Is it a guilt trip from decades of colonialism that demands British officials invite the desert denizens of Islam and Shariah law, to their “Scepter’d Isle”, the uncivilized third world creatures with barbaric concepts, wanting to establish a ”Caliphate,” by fear or force if necessary, in the home country?
An overabundance of third world inbreds, lacking any of the modern social refinements gifted to them by a Colonial Britain, have come here to replace British culture and law’s, and rewrite Britain’s contribution to western civilization. They accomplish this by demanding acceptance through fear, of their ignorant and base barbaric laws that are polar opposites to British culture.
Colonialism, its negative effects aside, still improved these people’s lives and left them far better off than they ever were under the Ottoman Turks, waring princelings, religious war lords and local tribal despots. Britain brought order, stability and even the rule of law to Asia and Africa, and it has all been rejected for barbarism.
Free speech in Great Britain is now being criminalized. Leftists are saying that free speech (by native Britain’s) is promoting extreme stress and discomfort among immigrants, a negative trait that should be controlled. A Leftist Canadian professor of psychology, Lisa Feldman Barrett claims: If words can cause stress, and if prolonged stress can cause physical harm, then it seems that speech — at least certain types of speech (anti-Islamic) — can be forced out of the public discourse. The Left takes her at her word and the cry of “Islamaphobe, racist and hater” quickly drives the offender into the arms of the law.
The London Mayor, is an Islamic and naturally defensive of gains Islam has made in Great Britain. Those gains are protected by a bodyguard of lies, employing even non muslims, i.e.: politicians, courts and policemen to force general compliance to Islam’s dictates. The British had best comply with the subjugation now under way of face jail. It’s as simple as that.

GAINESVILLE, Ga. – Three years ago, a brash young Cumming businessman with no political experience and very little name recognition announced his campaign against one of the most powerful senators in the state of Georgia. People in his Forsyth County district thought he was crazy.
“They laughed,” he said. “You remember that,” he reminded a familiar face in the audience at Thursday’s Lanier Tea Party Patriots meeting where Williams was the featured speaker.
Undeterred, he began showing up at Tea Party meetings, GOP meetings, anywhere a crowd would gather and he told people, “I’m Michael Williams and I’m going to be your state senator.” Folks who had never heard of him couldn’t believe he had the audacity to challenge a long-term incumbent senator like Jack Murphy.
“But we went out there and worked our tail off, knocked on about 20,000 doors and I spent about $300,000 of my own money,” he said. Against all the odds, he not only won, he won big, earning 66 percent of the vote.
“The establishment did everything they could to stop me, to discredit me,” he recalled. But Williams was not be denied.
A year after his election, he was ready to spring another surprise on Georgia voters. Once again, he went against all the odds, all the pundits and all the pollsters and became the first elected official in the state to endorse Donald Trump for president. He not only endorsed the soon-to-be president, he became co-chair of Trump’s Georgia campaign.
The two men actually have a lot in common. Both are successful businessmen. Both are fed up with the status quo in American and Georgia politics. Both believe over-regulation hurts business and kills jobs. Both support massive tax reform and both are anti-establishment.
Williams said it took him just one general assembly session to realize the process for passing a bill into law in Georgia is fatally flawed. “I knew it would take someone who was not willing to work inside that process to change things. You have to work outside the process and bust it wide open.”
Which is part of the reason Williams decided to run for governor.
“We’ve had a Republican governor for 16 years. We’ve had a Republican-controlled House and Senate for over a decade. But what truly conservative legislation have we passed? We’ve had all the power for over a decade so we could have gotten done anything, anything we wanted to get done. So why wasn’t it been done? It’s the process the bills have to go through. If you could see that process, you would be infuriated.”
Williams wants to end the state income tax like Florida and other states have done.
“That would be a big win for Georgia. I would also like to freeze the budget. Let me elaborate on how we can do that.”
Georgia has a state auditor that audits internal controls of state agencies annually and the agencies are failing miserably, he explained. “In Georgia, we’re getting ‘qualified opinions’ across the board. If a public company were to get a qualified opinion, its stock would crash and its executive team would be immediately fired. Immediately fired! Our internal controls are failing miserably. They’re spending money and can’t track it. They’re buying all kinds of equipment and don’t know where it goes.
“I’m a CPA and you can believe I’m going to be in these agencies setting up internal controls so we know what’s going on. Imagine the money we will save when we actually know where it’s going.”
Williams wants a state school board elected by the people not appointed by the governor.
“Instead of a bill that says the state will take over failing schools, thus adding government on top of more government, let’s give it to the people. Instead of the governor appointing school board members let’s pass a bill that says the people get to vote on them.
Asked about a religious freedom bill, Williams said he supports such a bill and would like to reach out to all the opposing groups to figure a way that we feel like we’re protected and they feel like they’re not discriminated against.

GAINESVILLE, Ga. – Gubernatorial candidate and first-term state Senator Michael Williams (R-Cumming) will be the featured speaker at the Lanier Tea Party meeting at the Gainesville Civic Center Thursday (June 15) at 7 p.m.
An ardent supporter of President Donald Trump, Williams was the first elected official in Georgia to endorse Trump’s candidacy and later became co-chair of the Trump campaign in Georgia.
Those who know Williams best were not surprised by his early endorsement of the New York billionaire. The two men have a lot in common.
Williams is a very successful businessman in his own right who once owned a chain of 18 Sports Clips franchises. Also like Trump, Williams has a complete disdain for political correctness and believes establishment Republicans have failed conservatives.

Williams platform includes:
- Elimination of the state income tax to be replaced by a state sales tax similar to that in Florida;
- Term limits for all statewide elected office holders;
- Keeping casinos out of Georgia;
- Passing a religious freedom law.
Williams is a first-term senator and CPA who is secretary of the Banking and Financial Institutions Committee, chairman of the Appropriations sub-committee on Fiscal Management and General Government and a member of the committees on Appropriations, Ethics, Finance and Public Safety.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA), a member of the Senate Budget Committee, released the following statement after the U.S. Senate moved one step closer to fixing our tax code this year:
“Let’s be very clear. This budget is a sham and the entire budget process is a fraud being perpetrated on the American people. Only four times in the past 43 years has the budget process fully worked to fund the government on time. The only reason we’re even doing the budget like this is to get tax done this year.
“In the middle of the dog-and-pony show tonight there was a glimmer of hope. Senator Whitehouse and I teamed up to author a bipartisan amendment to acknowledge our frustration with the budget process and the need to fix it. The U.S. Senate agreed unanimously that the budget process is broken. Getting the entire U.S. Senate, both Republicans and Democrats, to acknowledge the futility of the current budget process and the political side shows that come with it, is a step in the right direction. We need to fix this.
“It is all related. In order for the federal government to have the ability to act on our national priorities, we must solve the debt crisis. To solve the debt crisis, we have to fix our budget process. Job one is getting the economy going, and the economy will move if we get this tax deal done. It’s as simple as that.”
The U.S. Senate unanimously agreed by a voice vote to Senator Perdue’s bipartisan amendment with Senator Whitehouse that acknowledges Congress’ broken budget process (Perdue 1167).

Can Gun Violence be Controlled?
This business about free Americans owning guns, it seems, is not going away. The overwrought, dysfunctional left simply won’t let it go using any opportunity to try to seize our guns. “Never let a crisis go to waste” has long been their motto. The Las Vegas massacre is the current issue they hang their hats on to pursue their primary objective, the total disarming of America, the 2nd Amendment be damned. “People are dying by guns; only total confiscation can stop the carnage; nullify the 2nd Amendment, etc. & etc….”
The Las Vegas shooting is still on the minds of most Americans and will be for awhile because it involved guns in the hands of a white male. As no connection to any conservative group has been reported by the media, it therefore follows that the Mandalay shooter must have been a registered Democrat. If he wasn’t, the Alt-media would have never let us forget it.
To the “Left” guns, legally in the hands of free, independent Americans, is the worst possible thing that they can imagine. But, crime statistics do not support the Left’s claims of a vast count of criminal deaths by guns. No matter, because statistics that do not support their positions are irrelevant, lies made up by the NRA. One third of all gun deaths are suicides. Most of the rest are murders in Chicago, Baltimore, LA, and other urban centers of cultural enlightenment.
The rush to legislate guns by ignorant politicians, exclusively Democrats, constitutes their perennial assault on our Constitution, especially the 2nd amendment. The 2nd Amendment gives American citizens the right to possess firearms. The Left contends that our Founders simply could not foresee advancements in modern technology. They claimed that arguments today about why the Founders considered gun possession as a right enshrined in the Bill of Rights, don’t apply by today’s standards. Nonsense! They apply because of today’s standards.
In Colonial America, citizens had to have guns to defend themselves as well as provide meat for the table. The founders knew government couldn’t defend citizens from robbers, thieves and hostile Indians. Governments charge was, and still is, to defend America from foreign attack. Otherwise, you’re basically on your own. So, what’s changed?
What they do not consider is that while firearms existed in the 1700’s and on, so did vehicle’s, hammers, hatchets and axes. It was the black powder gun and the horse drawn wagon that experienced a rapid change by technology but, it was only firearms that were protected by the Constitution as an “inalienable right.” Vehicles hatchets, and hammers were not. Why?
How many murders are occurring today using vehicles? Enough to give us pause when we go out, yet there is no outrage from the Left. More people are murdered yearly with hammers than are killed by guns. Should the left demand that government totally confiscate hammers?
What’s is not seen in our press are the almost daily reports of murderous atrocities committed by Islamic Jihadists against host country citizens throughout Europe, and even here in America and Canada, using knives, cars and home made bombs.
Are Americans becoming immune to gun violence? Can we trust Government to protect us when we need them, like ‘right now’ for instance? We know the answer to that. Of course not. So, keep your guns clean, keep ‘em oiled and keep ‘em legal. The “Left”, they are out to get us!
