Mr. William Stephen ‘Steve” Foster, age 53 of Toccoa formerly of Habersham County passed away on March 21, 2017. Steve was born in Habersham County on February 4, 1964 to Joanne Lowe Foster and the late William Phil “Billy” Foster. He was a carpenter by trade and had attended Alliance Church. Steve will always be remembered as a free spirit who had a giving heart and loving spirit. He loved nature and it wasn’t unusual to find him heading toward a favorite fishing hole.

Steve is survived by his mother, Joanne Lowe Foster of Mt. Airy, sister, Tracy Stephens (Michael)of Mt. Airy and brother Shane Foster(Media) of Carnesville.

It was Steve’s request that he be cremated and no public services held.
