The Democrats, in their desperate need to stop Donald Trump, continue in their nefarious antics
to delay, obfuscate, lie, cheat and steal to prevent President Trump from Making America Great
Again. America can start to heal when the Marxist/Democrat party is no longer a threat.
The Senate Judicial Committee hearing of Supreme Court Nominee, Bret Kavanaugh was
turned into a “Progressive circus” by the Democrat Senators on the committee, helped by
Schumer filling the hearing room with paid screaming Leftists. Then came the last minute Dr.
Christine Bassey Ford accusation, purposefully designed to upset the timing of the Senate vote
for Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Who know’s what’s next but it will be as equally stupid.
We have no idea what Jeff Sessions is doing to ensure American law does not utilize a double
standard and that Americans know that, but.… ??? The logical path forward is to put Democrats
on the defensive. I believe that the President should quietly launch a campaign, not on “Twitter”
but behind the scenes, and be cold, calculating and ruthless, and as purposeful in its execution
as the Democrats are in trying to make their schemes work.
Democrats have a serious weakness apart from losing elections. it’s the long list of Hillary
Clinton’s and DNC staffers, colluding NY law firms, Fusion GPS, FBI and DOJ senior employees
who are or should be easy pickings for federal grand jury inditement’s on a basket load of
provable felony offenses. They’re out there, Where’s Jeff?
The offensive campaign should begin quietly, picking off the low hanging fruit, like Mueller does,
and start the squeeze, one by one until the fire alarm of Democratic panic rises into the ranks of
elected Democrat officials and, hopefully, a few “#Never Trumpers” as well. Oh, what fun that
would be! But it’s not being done because except for election loses, there is no visible rising
panic in the Democrat Party, or the media for that matter. Mr. President, turn on the heat!
Crimes relating to the false FISA warrant applications, illegal smash and grab searches (fruit of
the poisonous tree doctrine) of potential subjects of federal persecutions, the Chinese hacking
into Hillary’s unauthorized server, destruction of subpoenaed documents, destruction of physical
evidence and etc. etc., & etc.. If Trump starts now, the Democrats will be forced into a defensive
mode, something not usual for them, and the business of governing can proceed.
Republican’s can’t or won’t do this. They lack the in-house fighting skills needed both to defend
their own actions and/or launch really cool and devastating attacks on the morally and ethnically
challenged Democrats. Why in the world, for example, would Sen. Grassley, the Judiciary
Committee Chairman, entertain such a silly notion as flying to California to interview Dr. Ford
because she won’t come to Wash. DC? Simply to appease the media. It shows weakness and is
deliberating to the confirmation process. The committee owes Dr. Ford nothing except a
reasonable forum to publicly, under oath, tell her story. If she doesn’t show up, then that’s it.
Proceed with the vote and send it to the whole Senate as was planned. That’s what the
Democrats would do, but no, the Republicans have to show “fairness.”
America elected Trump specifically to put jurists like Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court.
Kavanaugh will be confirmed. Soon thereafter, Ruth Bader Ginsberg will depart and Trump will
have yet another nomination to make. It will work while Dems. are defending themselves.

Dear Editor:
I believe the recent attacks against the Catholic School children in Washington is the canary in the coal mine regarding the direction of our great country.
Viewing the entire video of the Catholic School children incident proves that these kids were just waiting for their bus when they were taunted by adults from a hate group. Their response was to respond with their school cheer. This prompted Native American activist Nathan Phillips to walk up to them and bang his drum inches away from the face of a 16 year old in the group.
Because the 16 year old did nothing but stand there smiling (the left wing haters in the Democrat Party and the media reported it as a smirk, but I saw it as a non-aggressive smile) he, his parents and his school received death threats! Even if you saw it as a smirk, what has the Left Wing Democrat Haters in the Congress, the media and Hollywood done to our country, that they feel the threat of death is the proper response to smirking?
At the same time, there are few if any hateful responses like this from Conservatives. Think about it, when was the last time Conservatives en masse, harassed and demonized someone on the Left with these hateful actions. Incidences of Left Wing violence against the Right are running at 100 to 1. The only reason the public does not notice it is because the media reports the 1 act of violence on the Right and ignores or excuses the 100 acts of violence on the Left.
Call your members of Congress (both House and Senate) and tell them the time to speak out is now before this goes too far and anyone wearing a MAGA hat has to fear for their safety. Because, make no mistake, these people not only hate Trump, they hate the 63 million people who voted for him.
The Rev Martin Niemoller was a Lutheran pastor who survived Hitler’s Concentration Camps. After the war his said; “First they came for the trade unionists, but I was not a trade unionist, so I did not speak out. Then they came for the Communists, but I was not a Communist, so I did not speak out. Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew, so I did not speak out. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out.” And it’s long past time Republicans in Washington spoke out.
Republican members of Congress seem to be loath to speak out against the worst kind of violence against Conservatives and the cruel social media attacks described here. Yet numerous Democrat members of Congress joined the Left Wing mob and pounced on this poor 16 year old child screaming for his head. At the same time, only one Republican from Kentucky came to his defense. My question is, what has happened to the Democrats to do this and what’s wrong with Republicans that they are so afraid to speak out?

Who’s Really Obstructing Justice?
With the Democrats now in complete control only of the House, they’ll use it as a child would a sandbox, a place to play with their toys, scatter sand in others children eyes and run off and pout if things don’t go their way. The frustration of their inaction will mount, because everything anti-Trump that comes out of their legislative sandbox or supports progressivism in any way, will simply die a natural death on Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell’s desk.
But, not to worry. Apart from two years of dysfunctional Democrat legislative nonsense, it will also be two years of orgasmic democratic presidential pandering by the old guard, and the new far left Socialists, both sides aimed at defeating Americas most remarkably successful President since Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump. Figure some Republicans to join in in this scenario too.
They all hate him. He ruined all their plans; he defeated their champion, queen Hillary, exposing the depth of Deep State corruption. He revealed the multiple high crimes and misdemeanors on the Democrats part and, he immediately set about destroying Obama’s legacy of leading from the rear by reversing Americas economic decline by over regulation, by restoring Americas damaged foreign policy, and by halting the transition of socialism into American culture.
Nancy Pelosi, whose grasp of her party’s leadership, as tenuous as her scattered thought process, is fixated on destroying Trump but she has lost control of her machine. The newly minted Democrat-Socialist congresspersons however, want Progressive legislation first, i.e.: all that free stuff, and they will be pulling her to the far left to comply, or pushing her out.
Among Nancy’s mental aberrations is her fixation on Trumps impeachment and the only tool she can possibly use now, is that silly Russian collusion business, glorified by the long suffering Mueller Investigation, already discredited as an unproven pack of manufactured lies.
That brings me to ask this question. Who is really “Obstructing Justice?” Is it Trump? I don’t think so. It’s the Deep State machine coiling up like a rattlesnake to defend itself from the inevitable, that is obstructing justice. With a corrupted DoJ, FBI and IRS in charge of the legal system, we then know that the true obstruction of justice is assured. Americans see that!
Anyway, that’s what Pelosi and Schumer will continually raise every time any hint of a threat to end the Mueller witch hunt is raised. Their constant rallying cry will be “obstruction of justice” endlessly repeated by their MSM propaganda mouth pieces. Does anyone watch ‘em anymore?
For Democrats it may be too late. The cat’s out o the bag. Pelosi and Schumer are not dealing with our standard run-of-the-mill weak-willed politician turned President. Remaining President is Trumps primary goal because he sees, as clearly as through a windex clean window, the dangers to the America he loves. Also, he implicitly understands that his base loves America too and hired him to do exactly what he is doing, dismantling the Deep State. They will suffer no commie-socialist politician(s) or leftist fake news organizations, to take him down.
Americas defense, its national security and foreign policies, were left in tatters by the corrupt politicians of the Progressive Left especially H. Clinton in Obama’s first four years and the dunce, John Kerry, as Secty of State, in the last four. Losing to Trump was not a good plan. It wasn’t expected, it wasn’t prepared for and, like children drowning in a sand box, their reaction to it was predictable, even these two long years later. TDS lives on!

The Democrats will soon be back in control of the House and they will continue to perpetrate the
biggest fraud scam ever employed by the Democratic party, short of exculpating Hillary Clinton’s
many high crimes and misdemeanors as yet to be adjudicated. America will never heal so long
as the Clintons and their coterie of enablers continue to escape their just punishment.
This Mueller investigation should have never even started but some good will come out as it has
shown us just how far corrupt people will go to keep themselves in power contrary to the
Constitution and the rule of law. This corruption will continue so long as the Media supports it.
The Clinton/Obama eras of Progressive Socialism is responsible for the “deep state” corruption
that is now slowly coming to light. Some Republicans are involved as well. The corrupted FBI
and DoJ did all in their power to assuage Americans that there was nothing to see there, excuse
Hillary Clintons treasonous behavior and all but ignore the Clinton Foundations pay for play
corruption. The FBI’s tergiversation is a dark stain on the reputations of the Bureaus individual
leadership and their cohorts in the DoJ. Some have already become “fall guy’s.”
The Obamas following suite and took up the reins of a ‘crypto’ corrupted government. Their
entire administration was unAmerican and their crimes almost too many to count. Mueller, a
creature of the Clintons should be removed just for Hillary’s Uranium One scheme alone.
How does this work? The Democrats are constantly showing us how corrupt they are while the
weak-willed Republican congress only permits a slow leak of the truth to come out, all
denigrated or dismissed by the Leftist compliant media as lies. Are Republicans afraid of the
media? Well, yes, except for Donald Trump. He’s turned the fourth estate, intent on fulfilling its
evanescent duty, on its head making it hard pressed for them to keep their lies believable.
Mueller’s inquiries focused on a fake report of collusion between Trump and the Russians that
handed Trump the American presidency. So far, no go on that tale. Included in the story but
ignored by the media, is the true tale of collision, that the Wikileaks emails of Hillary Clinton’s
server revealed that the whole phony story was, is, and will forever be a failed stealth attack by
Hillary Clinton et. al.. The DNC all but opened the door of their computers to hackers.
Wikileaks founder Julien Assange said that “this was a leak, not a hack.” He exposed the
unfortunate Seth Rich as the leaker. Technical experts who examined the data said that the
transfer was too fast to have been a hack so, it had to have been a leak. But, that’s not the
Progressive narrative they think will saved Hillary because the lie is the entire basis for Mueller’s
investigations yet It seems that no one wants the truth to come out, even the Never Trumpers.
Now we’re in another dimension. Trump still has the Presidency, AG Sessions is gone and his
Chief of Staff, Mathew Whitaker has been appointed acting AG. The new Democrats will resist
his appointment with the ferocity the Senate Democrats showed to Justice Kavanaugh. Why?
Because they fear Whitaker; they know that he will actually provide real, un-recused over-sight
that might just limit Mueller to the limits of his charter, and that wouldn’t do, would it?
Mueller’s appointment was unconstitutional and should be subject to supervision of the
executive branch. He was never confirmed by the Senate. It’s long past time for this farce to
end. The witch hunt has exposed the real traitors in this nation and it wasn’t Donald Trump.

Who Controls the Press Corps?

Clearly, daily White House press corps gatherings are losing their allure and their effectiveness.
Thrill seekers disguised as reporters or worse, journalists, primarily of the Liberal-Progressive
bent, are intent on making themselves the news by challenging the press secretary’s every
comment including her weight, size, candor and/or her intelligence, not to mention the President
himself, not by asking questions pertinent to current issues but by taking irresolute stands
contrary to the facts and demanding answers even when told to sit down and shut up. Their
obnoxiousness is mind numbing and the whole business should be abandoned.
The White House controls the news briefings not Jim Acosta or the other Liberal creatures
dedicated to the Presidents destruction. These people are functionally illiterate, solely dedicated
to challenging the administration at any and every level of the daily news cycle, intent only on
becoming famous themselves.
Perhaps this daily event should no longer be televised, just audio recorded. Perhaps a bulletin
board could be erected on the street where daily items of interest can be posted by a WH press
staffer. Many even a chap with a bell, at noon, crying “hear ye, hear ye,” I don’t know, but this
crazed media frenzy has gotten out of hand and needs to be returned to civility or abandoned.
So, what is the news? Thousands of immigrants in a caravan, declaring their intentions to seek
amnesty in America, do constitute an invasion. The Liberal press spends their face time on such
trivial matters challenging the president directly as to his definition of what’s an invasion. I know
what one looks like, don’t you? While America faces challenges from winning Democrats,
determined to make America Socialist, the silence that falls from the normally boastful democrat
side is ignored. What do they know that we don’t? Something big is going on out there and it’s
being ignored for who defines what constitutes illegal immigrants.
These WH press people, in the face of more news of mass shootings by one deranged person,
will challenge gun laws as ineffective while ignoring the deranged person. They don’t want a
solution, they want an issue to thrash the president with and gun laws don’t do it anymore.
Other interesting happenings all but ignored by the WH press corps was AG Jeff Sessions
departure, his temporary replacement, who is to be the new US Ambassador to the UN, who’s
the new WH lawyer? what’s the view on the potential inditement’s soon to flow against the multi-
level layers of Obama’s hangers-on still in government who have, and still are, actively engaged
against the government?
The post-election news cycle revealed, but isn’t discussed, the fact that every candidate
Trump stumped for won their election because the candidate threw in with a successful
president; and every candidate Obama stumped for, lost. Everyone! That should be newsworthy
. It might explain why the Democrats aren’t boasting as they usually do.
Speaking of which, Nancy Pelosi faces imminent danger. First, she entering a realm of extreme
dementia as her performance at press conferences demonstrate. Coherent thought, recall of
people, places and things turn into babble and she faces a hostile democrat cacuse of young
leftists determined to replace her before she sinks the little hope remaining for survival the
Democrats achieved in their retaking the house. The 2020 presidential re-election campaign has
commenced. The media failed in bringing Trump down in his first two years. What’s next”

What’s the Beef All About?

The big argument going on in America right now is not really between Republicans and
Democrats, but what our founding fathers intended for us, a pathway to individual rights and
responsibilities then unknown in Europe, and what the Marxist Democrat mob now wants, the
collectivization of the people under the Socialist leadership of our self appointed ‘betters.’
Our Constitution, supposedly protected by a deep and certain belief in its truths, is actually
treated like a mere piece of paper. Often ignored, as frequently vilified and, as we are realizing,
under Democrats, now the earnest object of change because it supposedly does not really
serve the people, i.e.: the Collective! They attack the Electoral College process because it
doesn’t serve their idea of the popular democratic (majority) vote. The “deplorable’s” in the
hinterland, needn’t vote, they need socialist guidance.
But, instantly the disarmed people of a “democratic” state realized they’ve been hoodwinked by
their communist masters and start a fuss, the odious apparatus created by the state, like the
street thugs of the SA and SD of Nazi Germany, the Fascists of Mussolini’s Italy, the NKVD of
Lenin’s Bolshevik Russia and today’s anarchists will move into action to ruthlessly intimidate,
bully, assault and stamp out all possible dissent. Friendly persuasion is not a tool of compliance.
The Communist cadres that make up the American Democrat Party, not now in a position to
officially loose the hounds of hell on a resisting populous, still see it as their Marxist duty to try.
So, we have the Black Live’s Matter, the Antifa’s, Pink Hat ladies, & etc., ignorant protesters
swarming out onto the streets to reek mayhem and discontent with government(s) at every
level, from the streets of Ferguson, Mo. and Baltimore, Md. to the very Halls of Congress, trying
to effect changes that suit them, as our masters, but certainly not the American constitution.
It is not an exaggeration to say the more government inserts itself into our personal affairs, like
the eight years of Obama did, the more individual freedoms we lose. The more intrusive the
government’s regulatory powers, the greater is the threat to our live’s. Lacking popular support
for their harebrained schemes, they’ve turned to control through judiciary fiat, another scheme
to abridge the Constitution thwarted by Donald Trumps election.
Since the Democrat Kavanaugh debacle, the political forces behind Democrat opposition to our
Constitution now considers the US Senate to be the next threat to their schemes. They see the
Senate as an old, staid institution of white people that has outlived its potential usefulness.
Our freedoms did not come as a gift to enrich one race, the Europeans who came here to create
a country unlike any other, where the playing field is level so all can enjoy the same rights to life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness and not suffer helplessly under the boot heels of a majority
mob who demands acquiescence to the “collective.” Their losses are mounting.
The Democrats desperation is now manifest in actual attacks against conservatives, shouting in
their faces in public places, pushing and shoving, pulling up campaign signs, a stabbing, and
even a shooting. The plot of the character assassination of Judge Kavanaugh was the
Democrats peripeteia situation. Conservatives should expect attacks to continue.
Personal freedom is inversely proportional to governmental action and will not exist for those
who do not exercise it. Once we submit ourselves to the collective, we can then be sacrificed to
the whim of tyranny. And that’s what the beef is all about.

Making Choices

Every day, we all are faced with making choices. Some are automatic like a shave and shower
and tying our shoes, but the really hard ones, what to wear, what to have for breakfast and how
to avoid work that day, actually requires some thought process. Other are made easy for us like
the News Media that expects us to swallow what they tell us as the truth, even when it isn’t. Like
Pavlov's dog, they expect us to respond accordingly, so long as it advances the Left’s agenda.
Politically, the tawdry display by the degenerate Socialist party USA (Democrats) at this weeks
Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, including by two potential Democrat contenders for Trumps
job, both Marxists, is scary to even contemplate let alone consider seriously as even possible.
Two Democrat hopefuls for POTUS sitting on the Senate Judicial Committee, Cory Booker and
Kamala Harris, demonstrated their complete lack of comity, decency, integrity, respect, and
statesmanship to question their bonafides even to be US Senators. Both were incredibly
disrespectful with their constant ‘showboating’ interruptions, that, combined with the other
Socialist nimrods on the committee who behaved as disrespectfully, then our choices for
political leaders should be easy. Immediately Sen. Grassley opened the hearing, they came on
him like a swarm of locusts attacking a wheat field. What we saw was a Democrat version of
how ‘democracy’ should work. We do have choices, don’t we?
The Socialist Democrat party wants us to accept that America is a ‘democracy’ when it clearly is
not. The word Democracy is found nowhere in our Constitution. Presently, the deranged
socialists, still distraught that Trump beat Hillary for the grand prize, are now demanding a
referendum to change the election process for President from the Electoral to a popular vote.
That’s pure democracy, leadership by popular choice, follow the mob, do what the crowd wants,
“It’s what the people want!” Of course such a change would leave the selection of our President
forever in the hands of the illiterate, unwashed, illegal voters in America’s great sanctuary cities
and states like San Francisco, California, Portland Oregon, Seattle, Washington, Florida and
New York City, hot beds of progressivism, petri dishes in which foment the germs of Marxism.
If you watched any of the Democrat circus performance at the hearings of the Senate Judicial
Committee on the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh then, unless you are a complete Marxist in
heart, mind, body and soul, any thought of voting for any Democrat in this mid-term election,
should have been washed away. It’s a choice we have to make.
It turns out, and confirmed by Democrat Senator Dick Durbin no less, that the disruption of the
hearings had been indeed been orchestrated by Chuckie Schumer. Well, who would have
believed it? The spectators who trumpeted their orchestrated outrage and were dragged out
screaming their socialist nonsense, were there by invitation and required tickets to get in, issued
to them by Democrat Senators. When asked, Schumer said Democrats even wrestled over
staging a mass walkout on the Kavanaugh nomination hearing. Maybe they should have done it.
Isn’t it better to be thought a class of fools than stay there and remove all doubt?
What we see is that the Democrats cannot derail the Kavanaugh confirmation. He going to the
Supreme Court and they can’t stomach. Worse, they worry that Trump may get a third and even
a fourth choice during his remaining six years. I hope the Democrats choke on it. It’s our choice!

COLLINS BILL TO HONOR FALLEN CLERMONT MARINE SENT TO PRESIDENT’S DESK
WASHINGTON—The Senate last night voted unanimously to pass H.R. 3821, legislation to rename Georgia’s Clermont Post Office in honor of Zack T. Addington. Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) introduced the bill this September, and it passed the House in November.
“Lance Corporal Zack Addington represents the selfless courage that’s cultivated in northeast Georgia, and I’m excited to see this bill leave Congress and head to the president’s desk for his signature,” said Collins.
Collins also honored Addington when he spoke about the bill on the House floor.
Background:
Known to his neighbors as Zack, Addington joined the United States Marine Corps in 1967. A native of Clermont, he became a rifleman in the 3rd Marine Division of the Fleet Marine Force and deployed to Vietnam that year. Addington was promoted to Lance Corporal and served his country honorably until he was killed in action in May 1968.
That June, Addington received the Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Ribbon in recognition of his service there.

The Blame Game
The few times the US government has shut down in past couple of decades, the Republicans have been blamed. Why? Because the Democrats said so. Now, the Democrats, even in their minority demand a DACA resolution favorable to them before any budget deal to finance the government can proceed. Why is that? We kicked the Democrats, indeed the whole corrupt Democrat political machine out of any authority, over three successive election cycles. I reckon we’ve got it all. Let’s use it. Why are we still afraid to do something positive?
The Schumer Shutdown represents the epitome of Democratic playbook antics that have for years stymied Republican efforts to have a Constitutional Government instead of a corrupt one. Why? Schumer still believes he can hang this on Trump and the Republicans. Historically, Republicans, fearful of legislative combat with the Democrats, have always caved lest they be called racists and bigots..….until Donald Trump.
Democrat hypocrisy is often cited but the word “Hypocrite,” when flung at Democrats has no poison in it because Democrats refuse to react to it. Too, most voters who dwell happily in the in the Democrat sheepfold don’t know what it means anyway. Republicans need to use different words like liars, cheats and thieves. Everybody knows those words because that’s exactly what the Democrat party is, a collection of liars, cheats and thieves. “Dickie” Durban is the most recent prime example of one of these creatures, not to neglect Chuckie Schumer himself.
Republican politicians, at least those that hide their principles by calling themselves “moderates” or “compassionate conservatives,“ are deathly afraid of being accused of racism or bigotry, an accusation the Leftist media is always happy to promote. So, for years, the US government has been guided by the systemic ‘fear’ that has enabled the Socialist agenda.
08 November, 2016 should have ended all that, yet here we are, our legislators in a deadlock with a corrupt minority party over government funding because an unconstitutional, illegal, Executive Order, is considered by them to have the rule of law when it does not. The consequences are enormous for the rule of law, a return to which is essential if we are to help Trump Make America Great again. Tea Parties, take notice.
To ignore the Constitution for so many years, as the Democrats have done, appears to have become the ‘norm’ instead of the exceptional method of running a government. Now a conservative leader is standing up to the Democrats and their socialist agenda and the Republicans can’t seem to get a handle on how to move forward. Good ol’ Harry Reid showed us the way.
If the Republicans want to get moving, do as Harry Reid did, eliminate the senate 60 vote filibuster rule and get on with making America Great Again. I remind Republicans, that Democrats are the minority and should stay that way forever. As for filibuster, if fairness is all that important, than require the Senators, in fact, to stand in the well and filibuster. Then the whole country will know where their Senator really stands.

Trumps Fearful Hold on Democrats
Some rabid Trump haters may be realizing the fake Russian collusion business is going nowhere. Not all of course, but painful as it might be, some know it’s time to pivot. Their guide still lies with Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicles recommendation to overwhelm the system(s) to the breaking point such as we are seeing at our southern border. So look for Illegal emigration to rise as the next hot topic along side health care, for the poor & indigent including the disease ridden illegals now infecting America with illness thought to be long gone.
Congress is still burdened with its dimwitted politicos like Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, auntie Maxine, et. al., in the Democrat leadership. They are still blowing smoke about the failure of the Special Counsels to indite Donald Trump. Could the Mueller report still be fertile ground to be plowed for new accusations? Nope, ain’t gonna happen! They’ve got to look elsewhere and believe me, they will. Unlike Republicans, they never give up or roll over to the inevitable truth.
The Mueller Report did us a good turn. It revealed, regardless of the MSM’s ignoring it almost totally, that there was indeed criminal collusion, a conspiracy to commit treason. By lying to Congress, lying to Federal investigators and obstruction of justice rising to the level of Treason, a hanging offense, the conspirators created false evidence and narratives of the supposed criminality by Donald Trump. They provided false testimony to obtain warrants (FISA), to stop the Trump threat and protect the real criminality of their kindred spirits, Obama, the Clintons and the elite bureaucrats of the Federal Intelligence and law enforcement community.
When search warrants are requested by investigators, including FISA Warrants, our 4th amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizures “requires” that truthful probable cause, supported by evidence and oath or affirmation, must exist. That oath, given to a judge or magistrate, if knowingly false, constitutes a crime. But Judges can’t always know that and, In Trump’s case FBI’s oaths were believed because they were the FBI, armed with the highest of reputations. For Trump, the FBI investigation fell under the ruse of a counter-Intelligence inquiry. That does not negate the crimes of false swearing they conspired to commit in obtaining their warrants. There can be no possible other course of action here. If Mueller was honest and truthful, then the FBI and their coconspirators in the DoJ, lied to him as well.
What Mueller’s report has done was to destroy Americans faith in our system of federal justice, another point in Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals to take down existing governments. It revealed that a wicked self-serving elite bureaucracy, a “Deep State,” was no longer just a rumor of the tinfoil hat crowd, but is in fact a very real danger to our American representative form of government. Mueller revealed clearly to what depths the Deep State elites will go to protect their elite inner kingdom. They are dedicated to protecting their own because if they don’t they could all hang. The Progressives will (almost) endure any pain, seek any measure of possible influence ore commit any crime, including murder, to stay in power. Watch for the rats to leave the sinking Progressive ship. Brennan has already started with hi “I didn’t know,” nonsense.
How far has the rot of judicial favoritism spread? How about to Obama’s Chicago where an unknown actor in a silly TV soap opera, Jussie Smollett, desperate for notoriety and following right on the heels of the Mueller report serve as an example? Our system of justice can no longer survive leftist favoritism in addressing crimes simply because “they meant well” or didn’t like the candidate(s). So, here’s the real headline: Attention Democrats, the Mueller report is complete and the results are in. “Donald Trump’s your daddy!”

Will the General Assembly reverse the 2018 GDOT carve-out on E-Verify for contractor bids?

In last year’s legislative session Republican state Senator Steve Gooch (R-Dahlonega) introduced legislation that gutted the process intended to ensure that the Georgia Department of Transportation hires contractors that are using a legal workforce. In the haste and bedlam of 2018’s Sine Die, Senate Bill 445 sailed through both the House and Senate.
It is notable that SB 445 went through the Senate Transportation Committee, as Senators Brandon Beach, Butch Miller, Frank Ginn and Mike Dugan were bill signers, in that order. All are transportation committee members — with Beach as chairman.
On SB 445, Chairman Beach made it clear in his committee that “it’s a DOT bill” (professional transcription here. – two-minute archived committee video here).
Now that the cat is out of the bag on this caper- and we have a new governor — one “important issue” for the 2019 session should be to see if lawmakers will reinstate the bidding system for GDOT that all other public employers and their contractors are still supposed to follow.
We recognize many readers will view this as a dry topic – the only folks who may have a concern are those who don’t want their taxes used to pay illegal aliens on GDOT projects.
After mandates were put into place in the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 (SB 529) to require all public employers and contractors to use E-Verify, adjustments were made in HB2 of 2009 to deal with the obvious problem that some public contractors were bidding on – and winning – contracts with bids that were based on the cost of black market labor before they swore on an affidavit that they were using E-Verify. This allowed contractors to hire a crew for a job that could not be verified as eligible to work using the E-Verify system, which can only be used for newly hired employees after receiving authorization from the feds to use the online system.
The 2009 solution to this chicanery was to change the law so that bids are not considered unless and until the E-Verify affidavit is presented.
In his quick presentation of the measure, Sen. Gooch told the committee the changes to the GDOT bid rules were being proposed to make life easier for contractors.
“Section 3… makes clear that the deadline for a bidder to supply their signed notarized e-verify affidavit is prior to contract award as opposed to the bid submission. This has caused a problem with some of the contractors that submitted their e-verify affidavits but they didn’t reach to the department either by mail or by other means of delivery in time for the bid, um, deadlines and therefore they were disqualified from bidding on the work. Now essentially requires ’em to submit those E-Verifies prior to the contracts being awarded” said Gooch (emphasis mine).
It is hard to accept that this is a constructive or plausible reason to make changes to the GDOT bidding system, as the existing law is clear that bids and E-Verify affidavits may be submitted electronically. If a contract bidder is indeed an E-Verify user, he can easily send that documentation along with his bid from his computer.
This writer asked GDOT for comment on this curious scenario. One of the questions asked for verification that SB 445 was in fact a GDOT bill, as Chairman Beach told the committee. That question went unanswered.
This is not the first adventure in state law on E-Verify, bids, and contractors for GDOT.

Draining the Swamp

It’s sad to know that my lost faith in the GOP congress to make America great again was not
misplaced. Once again, having been knocked back into their familiar role as the losing boot
lickers they have become, content to sup on what the Democrats feed them, the remaining
House Republicans, as expected, have elevated a RINO into the minority leadership role to
continue the GOP’s groveling at the feet of Americas National Socialist Party.
Have the GOP members learned nothing? Are Americans to suffer the whining nonsense of
GOP congressmen making promises they won’t keep, or suffer two years of John Kasich trying
to become President so America can benefit from his version of “bipartisanship” with the devil?
It certainly looks that way. Are Republicans really the losers they appear to be? Probably!
This 2018 election had some surprises in it not generally recognized. For the Democrats, the
loudest winners are the new young Marxists like Alex Ocasio-Cortez, a poor rich girl, an
educated bartender but a demonstrably illiterate politician who doesn’t even know or understand
the main elements of her degree majors – economics and International relations. Yet she shouts
and screams idiocy demanding implementation of socialism for all and who, as the youngest
congressman ever, has become the darling of the liberal press. Gag reflex here!
What’s not reported is that many of the new Democrats campaigned as ‘moderates,’ easily
winning seats left vacant by the mass exodus of fearful RINO congressmen afraid of the Blue
wave that didn’t come, except for their seats simply because they were absent. That was an
exercise in draining the swamp par excellence Trump couldn’t count on it but came anyway.
What we are witnessing is a continued draining of the swamp as Trump promised. Draining
anything, especially a swamp, can be a slow, harrowing process especially when the outlets are
clogged by really stupid people who refuse to leave even in the face of insurmountable odds.
Americans want that swamp drained. No more business as usual.
The vast departure of RINO’s is actually a boon to the GOP in the long run. GOP Congressmen
who fail to support President Trump and his swamp draining effort, will soon find themselves
outside again. Eventually, the Jim Jordan’s will take over and the McCarthy’s, Scaliest’s and
Ryan’s, and other favorites of big business, will be subordinate to constitutional political reason.
The world has it’s leaders, many come from within political parties, some from the military. and
precious few from business. Presently, American politics is nearly bereft of any real leadership
except for President Trump who has become, by practice and deed, a leader among leaders.
Germany’s Merkel is on her way out after having polluted the entire European culture with the
followers of Mohammed. So is Britain’s Teressa May, not wanting to give up EU membership.
France’s Macron can’t last long either with the wealthy people leaving in droves, the Muslims
filling up the housing and Sharia suborning French laws.
America still has its leaders. But, many simply won’t apply when they know the crazed Marxist
Democrat Party will defame their names, defile their reputations and besmirch their honor, just
to keep America immobile and helpless before the storm. Contrary to the hopes of Mr. John
Kasich of Ohio, there can be no bipartisanship with evil. Politicians must decide if they will serve
as real statesmen, honest and true, or morph into the likes of Diane Feinstein, Chuckie
Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. They must have that chance anyway. Drain the damn swamp!

07, Nov 2018 – And Nothing Really Has Changed

5:00 am, 07 Nov 2018 – By now, most people are acquainted with national voting outcomes and realize
there was no wave, Red or Blue and American politics will remain a mishmash. Democrats regained the
House by 34, meaning two more years of stalemate. Republicans kept the Senate by increasing their hold
there by three. Missed by the media is that the candidates that Trump campaigned for all won. Trump
now will turn to the use of his veto pen. Military spending will slow, for two years at least, and spending for
illegals will be vetoed to death. It will be a wasted two years for Democrats, but the Judiciary will turn to its
original roots of strict constitutionalism. Watch Trump negotiate the art of the deal with Democrats.
Sorting out voting results for local and other state candidates and issues will take a while. That the US
House of Representatives slipped back into Democrat hands, while consistent with mid-presidential term
voting patterns, is still an issue that will ensure continued political conflict and an even wider divide
between Conservative and Socialist supporters of the direction America will take. Will this signal another
step toward a Venezuela and Cuba style life or a misstep of retaining Americans position as the worlds
economic and military steadying super power? Imagine, Nancy Pelosi once again as Speaker of the
House and that demented screeching mad Max(ine) Waters chairing the House Financial Committee. The
inmates are truly taking control of one wing of the asylum.
I lay the loss of the House of Representatives at the feet of Speaker Paul Ryan, a hopeless never
Trumper extrodinaire, whose lack-luster performance for supporting conservative trending Republican
candidates betrayed his desire for retaining a big government, ’business as usual,’ anybody but Trump
attitude. But, he’ll be gone soon and a rearrangement of the chairs on the Houses deck will commence
while the screaming Democrats start their inquisition trials against Trump and Kavanaugh. Wait for it.
Sadly, Scott Walker, three time winning Governor of Wisconsin, (don’t forget the recall) was outed by a
percentage point to Tony Evers, so watch as that state once again slips under the corrupt influence of
union thuggery. Kansas, whose Republican Attorney General, Kris Kobach, took a shot at the
Governorship lost to Democrat Laura Kelly, while Florida remained all “Red.” It is now safe for the DoJ to
indite losing Democrat candidate Andrew Gillum for his fraud crimes. California, under Gavin Newsom,
will continue to function as a pitiful example of Americas potential Venezuela outcome. Blackburn won the
Republican seat vacated by a RINO and McSally kept Arizona in GOP hands.
The good news is that most of the House Republicans whose seats were challenged and won by
Democrats, were Republicans who quit or retired leaving a vacant seat to be refilled. So be it! Most of the
emotional news worthy Senate contests fell favorably to Republicans, including Arizona, Texas. Democrat
Senators in battleground states who voted against Justice Kavanaugh, all lost and that includes
Missouri’s Macaskill. Michigan's splendid Republican candidate for Senate, West Point graduate and
combat veteran John James slipped below the waves, while a dead whorehouse owner in Nevada won
his House seat.
I’ll not continue with more election results because they’ll be all the news today. What I will say is that
America clearly stands at the edge of meaningless. The next several years will be a head butting contest
between a Constitutional, law abiding citizenry and Sanctuary City, open border loving Socialists.
What was revealed is that democrats gains came despite their having absolutely no program to run on
except “Impeach Trump.” The campaigns of Democrat candidates were all propaganda and fake news,
designed to move their candidate to the center politically, and avoid what they realize is a non-starter for
most Americans, the aura of being a true communist candidate.
Conservatives have two years to reconstruct their Congressional candidates to rid congress of the
remaining RINO’s. Pelosi, if she survives her own caucus, should be a boon to regaining the house in two
years.
For Republicans, cleansing the institutions charged with the education of America’s children in our nearly
totally corrupted colleges and universities, must become a priority. Challenging them directly won’t work but making them redundant can. Conservatives must also keep up their pursuit of the Black and Latino
voters and convince them to leave the Democrat plantation for conservatism where they can have the
opportunity to prosper. The next time I use the term “Republican” and don’t have to hold my breath doing
so, will be when conservatives predominate in the Congress, the Senate remains Republican and Trump
starts his second term.
Watch for the Left to reengage their shock-troops to hit the streets in support of any issue they think
necessary to boost their limited power and, their power is limited. The swelling sanctuary city rolls will
economically collapse those leftist governments that have abandoned the rule of law while anarchy will
sweep their streets when they run out of tax payer funds. Expect Paul Ryan to challenge Trump for
President in 2020 but first, he’ll have to nudge former Governor of Ohio, John Kasich, out of the way.
For the next few years, bipartisanship will be a nonstarter. We’re in for an interesting two years and
Conservatives have a lot of work to do so, we cannot lose faith, but get out there and get busy; continue
the attack on the idiots and idiocy of the Left.
Finally, the good news is that I can now have my e-mail back. Daily, and I suspect most of you also,
delete hundreds of pleas for donations, double donations, split donations and etc. especially from
democrats PAC’s whining about being stabbed in the back and etc.
Today is the first day of Trump’s campaign for re-election. He’s a winner so let’s find politicians who will
work with him.

Political Language at War

The great political philosopher George Orwell once opined: ”Political language is designed to
make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure
wind.” Once, well crafted political speech, like that Winston Churchill and Ronald Reagan
produced, were magical in their rhetorical realism and their prophetic truths.
Political speech should be beyond propaganda, to change minds by persuasion, debate and
agreement. But, as we have seen in the recent displays of the Democrat party’s total
derangement, there can no longer be any attempt at calm discussion on dissenting opinions.
Democrats have made political speech positively dangerous. Conservative ‘Tweets for
example, except for Trumps, will immediately bring down the heavens on the head of any
‘tweeter’ who supports Kavanaugh or Trump or, like the astronaut who liked a Churchill quote
and found the demons of heaven rained down on his head to the point he actually thought it
necessary to apologize and promise to reexamine and reevaluate his politically incorrect
thinking. Just when Republicans in Congress are showing some backbone by their solid
defense of Justice Kavanaugh, this guy displays craven weakness.
Words mean something unless, by Democrats definition, they mean something else. Changing
definitions of words makes them lies but, when repeated over and over again and are not
challenged as propaganda or fake news, they seem to automatically assume a life of their own
and replace the original definitions of words we once recognized as good and wholesome.
“What was right is wrong” and etc. Political speech, by Democrats, is dangerous.
Indoctrination by our colleges and universities has turned out the mental misfits we saw
screaming from the Senate gallery, and in the halls and offices of Senators during the
Kavanaugh confirmation process. Were these young women really that stupid or did the
indoctrination really work? Shockingly, I think they worked. Democrats now anticipate a
conditioned response from their followers. How should Conservatives classify these people?
The higher educational experience is the dumbing down process and the brainwashing used to
create a class that hates America. It has left our politically active youth a spectacle of shame,
ignorance and ineptitude. These women have become loyal subjects subservient to the Marxist
ideals that legitimizes the new political order that Democrats have worked to achieve.
This started several generations ago by Marxists, to create a nation of obedient zombies
dedicated to the State, in other words, a class that accepts the infallibility of big government.
Presently, there are no longer enough Democrat politicians to forcibly move the ball forward so
they must enlist their minions of zombies to take to the floor and the streets and the steps of the
buildings of government to scream their outrage at the loss they are suffering at the hands of
Donald Trump. If you love America, you can’t possibly vote for any Democrat.
In the aftermath of Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Sens. Lindsay Graham, Chuck Grassley and
Mitch McConnell have advanced the political language of war and thrown it in the laps of
Chuckie Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Cory Booker and Kamala Harris, et. al.
Reluctantly or not, by following Trump’s lead maybe, just maybe, the Republicans have got their
“groove back!” Let the fights begin!!!

“Conservative” Republican Congressman Tom Graves refuses to support English as the official language of the United States.

While the political world is focused on the lunacy in Washington DC, conservative, pro-English voters in Georgia’s 14th congressional district may have an interest in Republican Congressman Tom Graves’ very curious and un-conservative anti-English stance.
HR 997 – the English Unity Act – was introduced last year in the U.S. House by conservative Steve King. The legislation establishes English as the official language of the United States. The bill is often falsely described as “English only” when in fact it is “English as official” – not “only.” Comprende?

Also in the legislation:
*Naturalization ceremonies and official functions of the U.S. government, subject to exceptions, must be conducted in English.
*The bill declares that all citizens should be able to read and understand generally the English language text of U.S. laws.
*A person injured by a violation of this bill may obtain relief, including a declaratory judgment, in a civil action.
*English language requirements and workplace policies, whether in the public or private sector, shall be presumptively consistent with U.S. laws. Any ambiguity in U.S. laws shall be resolved in accordance with the rights retained by the people and the powers reserved to states under the Bill of Rights.
*The Department of Homeland Security shall issue a proposed rule for uniform testing of the English language ability of candidates for naturalization based upon the principles that: (1) all citizens should be able to read and understand generally the English language text of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the laws of the United States; and (2) any exceptions to this standard should be limited to extraordinary circumstances, such as asylum.
The little known fact is that the United States has no official language, despite huge public support for official English. It is worth noting that the U.S. and Georgia Chambers of Commerce are stridently opposed to this nationally unifying concept.
Maybe that is why Graves has repeatedly refused to help with passage of this commonsense and voter-popular bill by co-sponsoring and is on record as telling political pundit Phil Kent that “this is not one of my top priorities right now.”
It wasn’t a priority last year or the year before either.
