Truett McConnell University’s Office of Graduate Admissions will host its first Graduate Open House on the university’s campus, Saturday, March 7th.

Those considering pursuing graduate studies at the master’s level are invited to attend this free event beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Miller Hall atrium.

Participants will meet with graduate admissions specialists who will provide more information about what Truett McConnell University has to offer, as well as, the differences between a master’s degree from TMU, where courses are taught through a Christian worldview, and other universities.

“The Graduate Open House event will benefit any student who is considering enrolling in graduate studies in the next two years,” said Timothy Agee, Admissions Counselor & Graduate Admissions Coordinator, “or those simply interested in learning about the graduate programs we offer here at Truett McConnell University.”

Graduate program representatives will be on hand providing degree program information on the Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, Master of Science in Biology, Master of Education, and Master of Arts in Theology. Information pertaining to both on campus and online studies (if available) will be covered.

Participants will be provided with lunch, attend breakout sessions led by program faculty, and partake in a question and answer session toward the conclusion.

“My hope for participants,” said Agee, “is that after attending and discussing with faculty members the various programs that are offered, they will have gained a dynamic understanding as they prayerfully consider enrolling in a graduate degree program.”
