Authorities seize illegal narcotics with street value of $4,430

CLEVELAND, Ga. — On Wednesday, June 5th, 2019, the Cleveland Police Department, White County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS), and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) arrested three individuals following a joint investigation.

This investigation led authorities to the area of Duke’s Creek Cabins. Multiple cabins were searched, and a search warrant was secured for 42 Daytona Place, Sautee Nacoochee. During the investigation, approximately 40 grams of methamphetamine was seized along with a quantity of “high grade” marijuana. The estimated street value of the narcotics was approximately $4,430.

Arrested were:

Conor Christopher Dimick, 26, of Marietta, GA. Charged with violation of Parole, and an outstanding warrant for forgery.

Alan Richard Smith, 41, of Villa Rica, GA was charged with trafficking methamphetamine.

Kimber La’Ran Clark, 27, of Cleveland, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Additional charges are pending.

All defendants were transported to the White County Sheriff’s Office.
