Even following the outrageous Islamic terrorists attacks in the UK in the name of Allah, remarks by British Prime Minister Teresa May still shows hesitation to admitting the obvious. Not all muslims are terrorists but all terrorists are muslims. She is getting close but she’s not there yet. Sadly, like most other western politicians, she still insists that there is a place for Islam within the framework of Western Democracy….actually, no, there isn’t!

The Muslim Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has gaffed off the latest attack as “no cause for alarm”  because it’s becoming the new normal for people living in vibrant western cities and that the people living there (us infidels) should get use to it. How about us infidels randomly going about attacking muslims in vibrant western cities and making that the new normal? Let’s see if Mayor Sadiq wants to get used to it.

So far, except for one Portland, Oregon attack on a commuter train by a true white nationalist, virtually all other alleged attacks against muslims have been fake news committed by muslims themselves. And yet, the radical Progressive leadership in those cities, like Portland, Ore., San Francisco and Seattle, Wa., to name just a few, continue the charade of governing by inviting their citizens to unconcernedly move blissfully on with their daily labors as if nothing will happen.

It cannot be said often enough, Islam is incompatible with western Democracy and its very presence here is an affront to our common sense. The Political Left insist that everyone is equal, except white people who are directly responsible for Islamic terrorism. The have made it almost a criminal act to want to defend ourselves from Islamic perpetrators. We are told that Islam, the religion of peace, is now an internal part of the American fabric and therefore constitutionally protected and so we must get used to that too. Jihadists are like rattlesnakes that must be eradicated, not encouraged to nest, reproduce and takeover.

The continued presence of those rattlesnakes (Islam ) in the West, isn’t working. Most of us know the dangers but we’re afraid of being accused of being “islamaphobic’s.” I ask, what’s wrong with that? I suffer from a rattlesnake phobia and will kill them whenever they rattle in my presence. Who say’s we can’t be Islamaphobic too? Why must we wait until attacked before we can defend ourselves? The radicals will scream that makes us paranoid. Perhaps, it does, but just because we’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re still not out to get us.

US Rep. Clay Higgins, (R-La.) has bravely opened the necessary dialogue on this important subject. After all the screams, shrieks and rending of garments finally dies down perhaps we can figure out a way, in discourse, to save the Constitution. Rep. Higgins posted: “all of Christendom” is at war with “Islamic horror” and all “radicalized Islamic suspects” should be hunted and killed.”  A former Police Captain Higgins won 56% of the Republican runoff vote in Louisiana parishes that went for Trump.

Whether one is a Christian, Jew or Hottentot, it makes no difference to Islam. They hate us all and will force the submission of every citizen to the will of Allah, death or slavery. It;s as simple as that. As Rep. Higgins posted:   “The free world… all of Christendom… is at war with Islamic horror. Not one penny of American treasure should be granted to any nation who harbors these heathen animals. Not a single radicalized Islamic suspect should be granted any measure of quarter. Their intended entry to the American homeland should be summarily denied. Every conceivable measure should be engaged to hunt them down. Hunt them, identify them, and kill them. Kill them all. For the sake of all that is good and righteous. Kill them all.” (06June17)

I’m coming around to a concept that, because it is so near it can’t really be seen except when some significant event should occur that draws specific attention to itself. That significant event is the continuing dismay over Donald Trump’s election. It is the bizarre fact that the new CPUSA, or whatever one wishes to call it, no longer resides within the bosom of the Democrat Party, i.e.: Schumer, Pelosi and company, but in the colossus that is the floundering main street media, the forth estate so to speak, particularly the cable networks. They have rallied from their shock and are pushing the marxist narrative, the Democrat party be damned.

The raging demands of White House reporters, editorial staffs, commentators, essayists and etc., appear to be in unison, dedicated to destroying Donald Trump or neutralizing any appointment he makes, any E.O. he signs and challenging any statement he offers. They don’t wait for Chuckie Schumer or Nancy Pelosi to pontificate on issues, but force them into making absurd comments, then running with their own commentary anyway. Anderson Cooper and Rachael Madcow are but two good examples, not to mention the awful example of disrespect Lester Holt of ABC showed to the President in his one on one interview.

The Comey firing presents the latest example of media dysfunction. The media expect certain reactions to follow predictable outcomes and when they don’t get them, they manufacture ‘em. All agree Comey usurped the authority of Attorney General, Loretta Lynch in his confirmations of Hillary Clinton’s high crimes and misdemeanors then telling the world she lacked intent, and therefore would not be prosecuted, while at the same time sending other classified document offenders off to prison for lesser, but still serious offenses.

American’s, who voted Trump for President, see no justice here. They see that media corruption is as rampant as the establishments and are perplexed that the media does nothing to help the President press his winning promise to drain the swamp, but actually gets in his way by spreading fake news, lies and innuendos, challenging his every decision, remark and action like he’s an uninformed idiot. The media is the new enemy of constitutionalism since the old Democrat party is but a vague shell of itself, a mere shadow on the wall of political events, ineffective, redundant and obsolete. But, not wanting to appear as anything other than a fair “news source,” the media pretends to be concerned with events, while at the same time they drive them or worse, create them. Republicans are clueless on how to respond.

Sundays cable news shows, starting with Chris Wallace on Fox, and Chuck Todd on his channel, and others, want to appear to be objective in their lines of inquiry but whenever they meet the slightest opposition by a ‘guest’ they are interrogating, they push back with a degree of vehemence we’re unaccustomed to seeing. Interviewers should at all costs be phlegmatic but Wallace has even gotten testy when his assumptions are challenged and worse, when they are denied. His body language in his chair is a dead give-away, reinforced by overrunning the guest speaker with one new question after another leaving the question, not the answer to hang as a truth. It all appears to be an attempt at “gorkking” that satisfies only the interviewer who can then assume viewers agree with him. “Sorry, The matter is settled because time has expired.”

I like Reince Priebus as an interviewee. He doesn’t take any crap off Wallace the several times I’ve seen him and indeed, he’s the only one so far, that makes Wallace squirm in his seat for a better launching position, one supposes, for his next stupid question. It’s from the arena of public concern that changes must come.  Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (12May17)

Why is tolerance never asked of Islamic supremacists who take to the streets of western nations  and proclaim the ultimate victory of Islam for Allah, declare “death to the Infidels,” and claim responsibility for any attack that occurs on western streets? Why are the only people ever accused of intolerance, islamophobia, racism and hate, those who try to warn us about the true nature and magnitude of the jihad threat? On whose authority is “hate” considered a crime?

On the London-Westminster attack by a confirmed Jihadist, four people have been confirmed dead including one Metropolitan police officer, as well as the attacker, shot dead by a Minister of Defense security officer. Twenty-nine innocent civilians were injured, mowed down as they trod the streets of London. This deadly attack was carried out with the simplest of tools, a rented automobile and a kitchen knife. Are these implements soon to be banned for public use?

Britain’s Home Secretary Amber Rudd, in a display of complete jingoistic cowardice, called the attack, one on “our shared values” and, defiantly said “they would never be destroyed.”  Just what, one wonders, does she mean by shared values? There are no shared values with Islam.

Her comments are a liberalistic denial of the truth, a repudiation of common sense that proves the lie of Liberal thinking that believes the West can easily absorb any and all manner of outlandish, violent, stupid, third world causes, laws, and religions without experiencing the unintended consequences of the destruction of western culture. Worse, Libs don’t accept that the West is in a war with Islam. Islam is in a war with the West, they asked for it, they praise it, they call for their followers to rise up and strike the Infidel wherever they can, all for Allah.

Rudd was in Lahore, Pakistan when the attack occurred. She said: We do not yet know the full impact of this terrible incident (Yes we do!), But I know that the whole country will be thinking and praying for those who are affected as I am. I want to thank the emergency services for the quick response and pay tribute to their bravery their courage and their professionalism.” The traditional sop to law enforcement and ambulance services. So, nothing will change!

The rest of her comments were public pablum, full of nonsense and half truths, “the Government’s top priority is the security of the people (is it?) and I urge everyone to remain calm but to be vigilant and if they see anything they are concerned about they should report it to the police. We have the best police, the best security services in the world and we must make sure that we let them get on with doing their job. The British people will be united in working together to defeat those who would harm our shared values. There’s that shared values nonsense again! Values of democracy, tolerance and the rule of law (Sharia Law?).Values symbolized by the Houses of Parliament. Values that will never be destroyed. Well, there’s that word ‘values’ yet again, as well as democracy, tolerance and rule of law nonsense.

These statements are designed to lull the British people to keep their anger at a low boil, unresponsive to the next Islamic carnage. The British government is not prepared for the possible rise up of the people. Jihadists are sneaking arms into Britain; should not the English, Welsh and Scots as well? How much more are the native peoples of Great Britain going to take before they realize the error of their politicians immigration policies and protect themselves?  How is toleration of the unacceptable the right way to protect society? Do we really believe any more that we can continue to feed the crocodile without being eaten ourselves? No!  Arm yourselves, take lessons and get prepared. They are coming to get you.

Incidental collection, in other words, intercepting other peoples cyber communications, cell phones and internet messaging, is both a blessing and a curse, for the sender, the receiver and the interceptor. Today, it’s big business, both for government searching for crimes, and commercial services looking to sell products. Sometimes they overlap.

A person’s Internet search for specific products are electronically identified, stored and acted upon using essentially the same software technology the government uses to select whose communications is going to be recorded, with or without a warrant, for some specific use in the future, often as evidence in a criminal proceeding. Knowing what our enemy’s intentions are is paramount to protecting our country. They do it as well. Everybody does using high tech intelligence collection platforms to protect the security of their nations, their own secrets and intentions. A business does it to increase sales and profits and government does it to effect a political change or punish people. It’s all a tawdry business, but it’s not going to be stopped.

Once upon a time,1929 in fact, the precursor of the current NSA, was then called the “Star Chamber or Black Chamber.” It was an Army Signal Corp. Cryptologic unit intercepting communications between foreign ambassadors in DC to their home countries. Secretary of State Henry L. Stimson was “shocked, shocked,” that the government was intercepting communications and stopped the State Departments support for the Black Chamber, effectively closing it down. He gave as his reason that “Gentlemen do not read each other’s mail.” During WW2, Stimson became Secretary of War and completely reconciled his closing of the Black Chamber by enthusiastically encouraging  the growth of military codebreaking.

Unlike the old days of mail interception, which included “mail covers,” i.e.: simply recording the to and from addresses on letters in the postal system, not requiring a 4th amendment warrant, to actually opening a letter surreptitiously, requiring a warrant, in comparison, today’s collections methods center on use of certain words that automatically activate the computers recording of the message. This is a broad spectrum sweep of the ether collecting incidental information as it hits antennas and reflectors and, includes radio, satellite and short-wave transmissions.

Other sophisticated collection methods focuses on microwave and WiFi emissions, of specific cell phone numbers assigned to specific phone bands, i.e.: foreign Ambassador(s) for example.

When the legal protections covering these methods are usurped by a desperate President, or his henchmen, then crimes of the highest order have been committed especially when the intent is to destroy a political opponent. It is here where “incidental collections” become an excuse for abandoning 4th amendment protections as accidental or as denial plausibility. These possible contacts have been recognized as probabilities in the collection arena and Congress has enacted laws, under the 4th amendment, and FISA laws, to protect the people identified by such interceptions. Revealing the names of Americans identified by such incidental collections constitutes a felony and, if ignored, constitutes another serious crack in the Constitutional foundation of the rule of law. It also destroys trust in our government.

The Left promotes and protects these exposures as long as it works in their favor. Imagine the agonizing screams from Schumer, Pelosi and John Lewis, were Obama to be indited for his part in authorizing such interceptions. It’s getting close but don’t count on it. How to kill a mandated wealth transfer scheme, i.e.: theft by government, seems to be a problem for the GOP. Why? The unaffordable no health care tax scheme is probably the one law in legislative history that the GOP can’t be blamed for creating so they can enact more laws to fix it. The ADA hangs out there like a piñata ready to be swatted out of the park.

The problem is unique in its difficult simplicity. Just repeal it and roll out Tom Prices’s plan then start the amending process. The obvious problem here of course, is not the small number of poor who will be left uninsured, that’s an excuse to do nothing but, it is the fact that the elite establishment GOP never expected that their unwanted candidate, the loathed Donald Trump, could possibly become President of the United States. His victory flew in the face of all odds  especially against Hillary’s well financed Clinton Foundation machine, criminal accusations not withstanding. The elites also expected the long conditioned minds of American voters well have accept the inevitable coming of Socialism as a given, and Trump as a clown. Whoa!

Some folks just weren’t paying close attention. If the GOP thought their candidate, even the estimable Ted Cruz, would have stood a chance to win against Hillary, they would have long ere been prepared to launch a replacement health care plan, based on the free market, and have it already in the public domain on January 21st, even in face of the screams of the suddenly toothless democrats. Never has a political party so completely disintegrated in a flash, as has the Democrat party. All they can do now is stand knee deep at the edge of the swamp and throw rocks at the squabbling Republicans and bide their time. Doubtless, John McCain will be standing there with ‘em throwing his rocks too.

It would be a capital mistake, now, to involve the Democrats in seeking bipartisan solutions to anything. They have no intention of ever helping Trump on any issue so, it’s really safe to ignore them and even try to destroy them once and for all before they destroy us, which they will try to do at their next opportunity.

But, back to the GOP. Just when everything seemed to be going well, the GOP’s fumbling, argumentative legislators appear not only inept at legislating, but indecisive and incompetent to boot. The House leadership, Paul Ryan, is reeling in confusion and time is passing too quickly to not seize this opportunity to root out Obamacare and kill it forever. The GOP elites have not accepted the fact that their crony capitalism way of doing business was also rejected and a new leader, Donald Trump, was put in place to show the way for America to get out of the socialist quagmire in which it finds itself firmly stuck.

Trump’s just published budget suggestions (Congress sets the Budget) are a joy to American taxpayers chopping out, as it does, many nonsense programs. His “America First” plan would cut the budgets for the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development by 28 percent. Trump proposes to totally eliminate funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the Legal Services Corporation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the United States Institute for Peace as well as cease funding UN Climate Change Programs. Mick Mulvaney, Director of the OMB, gleefully laid out the economic direction Trump intends to take America for Taxpayer relief. A lot of peoples bulls will be gored in this exercise but Trumps said he would drain the swamp and we believed him. If you follow the money, into the Swamp is where it all goes. The consequences of failure are too horrible to contemplate. Entitlements are next, they have to be!

The dysfunctional Democrat Party, still in free fall from their election loss to Donald Trump and seeing a future that no longer includes them…. well, let’s face it, a future no longer controlled by them, will resort to anything to prevent that from happening.

Chuckie Schumer, Senate minority leader, doomed by events to never be the majority leader, always struggling in the shadow of Harry Reid, is doing all he can to disrupt the new Trump administrations choices for high government office. Actually, it’s all he’s got left because his mentor, Harry Reid, made it impossible for Democrats to use the filibuster because good ol’ Harry left them the “nuclear option.”

Presently, the question is who will be the new FBI Director. Schumer pledges to halt the selection unless and until the Asst. Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, appoints a Special Prosecutor to investigate the non-story of the Trump-Russian affair. I might add that he makes no such demand that the DOJ should pursue its investigation against the RICO infested Clinton’s and their scheming, money grubbing Foundation that sold American uranium to Russia. But that doesn’t matter. It’s only important to hound Trump to his ultimate destruction. Ain’t gonna happen baby, because there is no evidence of a crime, will never be evidence of such a crime and will be another waste of taxpayer money. Anyway, there is more than enough to put Hillary and her crony’s away for good.

Schumer and his coterie of slavish anti-Trump followers, have lost control of their cognitive thinking skills. They have ignored the old adage: “never interfere with your enemy when he is in the process of destroying himself,” not that I think Trump is killing himself. Trump is trolling Schumer and the good Senator rises to the bait, chasing shadows while Trump continues to dismantle Obama’s legacy. Schumer believes the polls that tell us Trump’s popularity is going down a rat hole. Well, nobody believes those pollsters anymore. He believed Hillary would be president too, and, by his actions is continuing to show people what the Democrat Party is really made of, the inmates from the asylum. Do we want these people leading us in the future? I don’t think so!

The Leftist media is becoming confusing, especially as they are the drivers of the anti-Trump campaign, independent of the Democrat Party. Dana Perino, Bush era White House spokesperson and now Fox news commentator said, “everyone thinks everyone else should resign.” That about sums it up. Currently the constant vocabulary that hourly flows through our ears if we stay tuned to the political news, and who can’t, is resign, resists, special prosecutor, authoritarian, investigation, collusion, Putin, Russia, Nazi’s, disrupt and delay.

The Democrats are certifiably dysfunctional. They cannot, nor will not accept that Trump was elected and Hillary wasn’t. Trump gets to appoint judges and justices, even conservatives ones, to the Federal bench. The Left can’t accept that. Trump is enforcing the immigration laws, not making new ones. They can’t stand that. He is pro-life and pro Second  Amendment. That’s awful! Trump is in good company as a jack ass, but so are all the rest of them and in the wake of the corruption left by the Clintons and Obama’s destruction of America, there is little Trump could do that could do any worse damage. His goal, and he’s pursuing it, is to make America Great Again while Schumer and company insist in keeping America in the swamp.

Do we really want these dysfunctional, screaming leftists in charge of our government again?

Crimes of “sedition” are not common jurisprudence in America although it take place with daily regularity. They were tried once but flew in the face of the 1st Amendment and were abandoned almost as fast as they were enacted by colonial era outrage. Briefly, “Sedition” is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of the state or monarch. America was founded by sedition against George III and should not be denied to future populations.

In today’s highly charged political atmosphere only the Democrats and their propaganda machine the Leftist media, outwardly conform to the pure definition of “sedition.” Their aim is to incite people to rebel against Donald Trump and the Republicans. In some undemocratic countries, Venezuela for example, they would already be in prison or executed.

James Comey, the former FBI Director, a clumsy bureaucrat who sought through rhetorical machinations to redefine the meanings of law (intent), and the meaning of responsibility by declining to focus on the real high crimes and misdemeanors apparent to nearly everyone simply to protect the Progressive candidate, caused his own firing. He was political.

Comey usurped the authority of the equally seditious Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, and succeeded only in damaging his personal reputation and destroying the confidence of the FBI Special Agents Corps. in his leadership. These actions caused undue turmoil for the boss and  it’s really not a good idea to irritate the boss, especially one who is attempting to deconstruct the long entrenched corruption that is the DC swamp in which Comey revealed himself as a denizen. Comey must have thought he was dealing with stupid people in President Trump and the White House staff. So, for this essay, sedition is out but, the crime of “misprision” is not.

There are three basic elements to misprision, i.e: concealing a crime, that apply. First, is   seditious conduct against the government or courts, already mentioned. Treason applies here but that requires positive evidence far beyond circumstantial, to even be considered, with first hand witnesses testimony, that sort of thing. Many of Obama’s senior staff could, by their conduct under cover of authority, be investigated for treason, including Obama himself, simply by his willful violation of the Constitution and the crimes against Americans they perpetrated.

To his credit, Comey did not flinch with Lynch after her hoped for secret meeting with Bill Clinton was exposed. For Lynch, her conduct was a misprision, being a collusion, with intent, to affect the election in favor of Hillary Clinton. These are felonies. In this case, it specifically focuses on Lynch’s neglect or wrongful performance of official duty.

The final element of misprision includes the concealment of treason or a felony by one who is not a participant.  Here, the field is wide open to criminal investigation requiring strong leadership in the highest levels of the criminal justice division of both the DoJ and FBI. Politics takes a hand here as well, with political party’s jockeying to avoid having their schemes exposed as either stupid or criminal, what ever applies, and keeping their people out of jail.

By congressional agreement, the Director of the FBI was granted a ten year term not to be interfered with by politics. It was necessary that the director not be political or make the FBI a political machine for either party, but to protect America and its Constitution. Comey failed here in all parts and that’s why he’s gone. When Trust is gone so is efficiency. Trump did what he promised to do, continue to drain the swamp. Comey could not be trusted. He’s gone! Simple!

Yesterday, I expounded upon the problem of leadership, or lack of it, demonstrated by United Airlines. By no means does United stand alone in its failings of leadership. Our ability as a nation to make righteous decisions, or bad ones, comes after decades of progressivism that has denied Americans the right to think for themselves and do what’s right, but do only what feels good and what the rule book allows.

The United Airlines incident reveals exactly the same degree of time warped decision making that allowed the government of Bill Clinton to drag a screaming, fearful little Cuban boy, Julian Gonzales, at gun point, out of the closet of a relatives happy home in Miami, Florida, to be forcibly returned to a despotic communist regime for a proper readjustment of his values. It’s what makes fools like Obama think that by opening doors to that failed communist state, America will be the better for it. It’s why “Rules of Engagement” for our military have been so restricted that the numbers of our killed and maimed soldiers has risen so highly. They can’t attack and kill the enemy lest the enemy should be offended. “War is hell!” but not for them.

What was the point in both United’s forcible removal, and Clinton’s Gonzales cases? It is the same level of leadership that operates in that liberal/progressive/fascist climate of management that ignores the rule of law, abandons the rule of common sense and forsakes the rules of good manners. For United, it could not have been for the bottom line, could it? Was it a power play? No, it was inviolable, pre-ordained policy. What was Bill Clinton’s reason? He blamed Janet Reno. He couldn’t make a righteous on the spot decision. Neither could United. It’s a mind set!

Progressive-Socialists always mean well regardless of the unintended consequences of their actions. As they only intend the best for their customer(s), employees or the general public, they should, naturally, be forgiven. Schedules have to be maintained, crews returned to their home bases, and rules obeyed, that sort of thing. It’s what Progressives do. It’s how they live, work and operate. It’s how they’ve screwed up America. It’s polite evil!

Another example, “Gun free zones!” Only a rabid do good’er could possibly think up such idiotic nonsense. Zero tolerance rules and “gun free zones,” have left the streets of our cities, the floors of our classrooms, and the crowded dance halls of night clubs littered with the dead and bleeding bodies of innocent people because Progressivism demands an environment of “zero tolerance.”  Where does most of America’s gun violence occurred? In Zero Tolerance gun free zones. The whole city of Chicago is a gun free zone and the death count there, by guns alone, is absolutely staggering. Their decision, ban guns not shooters.

For most Americans, the biggest offenders are the bureaucracies’ of the Federal Government, the IRS, EPA, USDA, BLM & etc. who use their own little made up rules as clubs against citizens simply trying to earn a decent living. For example, Obama’s health care rules demanded all citizens, except Congressmen, enroll in his wealth redistribution plan or pay a financial penalty. EPA steals a ranchers inalienable right to use his property because, the EPA say’s, such use could adversely affect a tiny fish a thousand miles down stream. We can all recite similar atrocities from our own experience, United Airlines simply revealed them.

America is under new leadership. Until Trump, there was no evidence of positive leadership at any level, corporate or government, only the rule book. People were afraid to make decisions. The inviolable rules of engagements, the pre-ordained mind-set, has neutered Americans. Screw up and blame the rule book. Beat up somebody and blame the victim. That’s how it is!

The debate on who actually broke their promise, the Republican leadership representing big government, world banking and lobbying interests that have made a living off the tax payers for the past several decades, or the conservative freedom caucus? House Speaker Paul Ryan, champion of the status quo, supposedly acting for the President, is responsible for the debacle we just witnessed on the GOP’s failure to repeal Obamacare. Let’s just say they stumbled. Trump wanted to get a bill on his desk so, in a sign of unity, he supported Ryan’s bill (not Tom Prices) and the Freedom caucus did exactly what they promised. They walked away.

It is a fact that Ryan’s AHCA was an “amendment” and not a repeal and replace bill. Selected parts of Obamacare were targeted for repeal to be replaced by Insurance Companies who clearly had a hand in writing Ryan’s bill following, as they did, the Democrat example of not allowing anyone (Republican legislatures) to see it before it was rolled out with all the hoopla that accompanied it. I wonders it wasn’t a repeal bill at all, just a gimmick to fool us.

I wrote in a recent essay that the GOP hadn’t realized that the voters, while dumping the Socialist programs the Democrats were foisting on America, also sent a strong signal to Republicans that their ideas were rejected as well. Clearly they didn’t get the message.

One must ask why Ryan did not include the House Freedom Caucus in the original work up of his AHCA bill instead of keeping it secret like the Democrats did with their Obamacare? That immediately screams chicanery and underhanded plotting to fool the base. It was!

Conservatives, not pleased over the direction Ryan and the House leadership was going, demanded the AHCA bill be ignored as it was not a market-based ‘repeal and replace’ bill as they promised. It is unimaginable that Ryan would attempt to foist that on Americans who overwhelmingly voted for repeal. Was he hoping perhaps, we would not notice so long as there was the impression that a repeal was actually proceeding? It is equally intolerable that the Republicans now believe they can postpone repealing Obamacare and move on to tax reform. They cannot. Obamacare is a tax, a 14% of the economy’s wealth redistribution thru taxation and it needs to be removed, right now if the Republicans hope to survive next the election.

Their hangup of course, is entitlements. Karl Marx was wrong. Religion is not the opiate of the working class, entitlements are and until that process of free stuff for everyone is broken (don’t count on it), politicians will forever continue to have total control over our economy, our lives, our property and our futures. Constitutionalists need not apply.

The main sticking point, they claim, is the folks with pre-existing health issues not being insurable but that’s the nature of life, isn’t it? The answer screams not for more spending on them because it’s unaffordable, but attacking the problems that created the pre-existing issues in the first place. Too many pre-existing health problems are related to unfortunate, individual life style choices. Why must taxpayers bear the burden of their folly? Other programs exist for that and they’re not in the federal government realm of responsibility.

Right now, the status of the GOP on healthcare reform is a broken promise, an outrageous snub to the free market and main-street conservatism. Big government is apparently still in charge. The welfare subsidization of America with unaffordable health plans paid for by outraged citizens will apparently continue. This is unacceptable and it cannot last.

If the plan now is that Obamacare will repeal itself when it melts down, then, why do we need Republican legislators at all?  The greed that infects all government programs needs to be regulated, along with competition, to restore US leadership and excellence in the industry.

Can the GOP save themselves? The Party is apparently still in the hands of incompetent weaklings whose strings are being pulled by the forces of the establishment government.  One might ask does Harry Reid still lead the Senate? Obamacare is the standing achievement of the Democrats plan for top down control of the population leading inevitably to George Orwell’s vision of a one world government. The Republicans promised to repeal it. Why aren’t they?

To quote a famous line from the movie Cool Hand Luke: “What we have here is a failure to communicate!” Obviously, no one is communicating. Americans communicated very clearly their demands to repeal Obamacare. We gave ‘em Trump who very clearly communicated his intent to repeal Obamacare so why isn’t the GOP Congress doing just that? They promised!

Did we not deliver both houses of Congress into Republican Hands? Was that a terrible mistake? I didn’t think so!  Actually we sent enough new GOP conservatives up there to do exactly what they were sent up there to do, start the process of returning our country to its constitutional roots. They did that and Trump helped.

It’s the GOP Leadership, now in the hands of a #NeverTrump” House Speaker, that didn’t get the message, that problem should be rectified immediately. We Won! What word don’t they understand? The Democrats are toothless, or should be.

Harry Reid always won his battles while our side cringed in fear, complained he wasn’t following the rules but, in the end, always raised the white flag of capitulation. Regardless, Republicans were trained to give up. When Harry was in charge, he either ignored or changed the rules as he pleased to screw our side and advance his and, he always won.

The new bunch of conservatives up there, The House Freedom Caucus, should take immediate action, to remove Ryan and replace him with a leader not afraid to do combat. It’s time to put the Republicans party on the offense and show the same leadership as Trump displays daily.

Obamacare is the one issue, above all others, that brought the government totally into Republican hands. The promise to repeal and replace, as the first order of business, is suddenly dying. If it does, so will the Republican Party.  The replacement for the GOP health care plan is in the wings. Its got to begin with an acknowledgement that Republicans embrace free markets exchanges and affordable, available health care. Return to the states their constitutional authority to do what is denied to the Federal Government, then, get ‘gubment’ out of the way.

Failure to kill Obamacare is the sword upon which the Republicans will impale themselves if they refuse to act. Right now, in Congress, the collective will of the American people is stymied on the issues of entitlements, pre-existing conditions and coverage for children up to age 26.

Obamacare is under assault because is indefensible. Retaining any portion of it is equally indefensible and deadly for the Republicans if they fail to show leadership. Why they have permitted the establishments acolytes to fustigate against them, is an exercise in failed leadership. Allowing themselves to become entangled in the web of political intrigue, indecision and personal acrimony is an exercise in self destruction. The democrats are destroyed. Finish ‘em off, we hold the cudgel, repeal Obamacare and let’s get on with making America Great Again. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (16Mar17)

Why the hysterical Democrats, entrenched Republican’s and their propagandists, the MSM, feel it’s important to continue their attacks on Donald Trump is because he’s a danger to their livelihoods. They have assumed Trump, despite his business success, to be a politically illiterate buffoon, evidenced by the class of people who voted him into office. That was an incalculable outrage they never expected, will not accept and will work tirelessly to reverse.

How does an entrenched corrupt political machine save itself when it’s caught in the headlights? By corrupting the very organs that could put them in prison, the DoJ and the FBI. I suspect that Loretta Lynch, former AG, could soon find herself in the dock along side other identified DemPro politicians of the Obama administration, not forgetting Hillary’s crimes as well. Lynch was stupid and got exposed. Clinton was deceitful, greedy and egocentric. She got exposed. The IRS got exposed, the EPA got exposed and yet, nobody is headed for jail!

Then comes the Comey affair. Comey, as FBI Director, was the linchpin of corrupt propriety. “We can’t prosecute her, she had no intent on her part to harm America!” The FBI has spoken and Comey was her savior. His indisputable ten year position as Director of the respected and feared FBI was thought unassailable. Or was it? Democrats trembling in eager anticipation that Comey would find or create, a Trump connection with Russia that would prove Hillary should be President, never materialized. It couldn’t because it didn’t happen. So, continue looking!

Then that sneaky, cunning Trump, the medias presidential buffoon, did the unexpected. He actually did fire James Comey while the Director was in LA. The Democrats screamed, it was a  violation of protocol, bloody murder, “He can’t do that,” the Director was heading up a Trump collusion investigation so, he must have been getting close, all nonsense of course.

Immediately Comey was away on his trip and Trump issued his “pink slip” to the Directors office, the new AG, Jeff Sessions, swarmed the Directors office, seized all his files, lap tops, disks, papers, reports, names and address books, storage units, everything not nailed down and all are now in the hands of the AG, a loyal staff going through them bit by bit. A classic move, but not unexpected. Important to the firing was complete secrecy or Comey, hearing he would be fired, would have removed all incriminating evidence beforehand. It was a White House, DoJ stealth operation with DoJ lawyers and FBI Agents loyal to America eagerly participating.

Former FBI Director Comey, the epitome of the corrupted establishment state composed of Democrats and Republicans alike, embedded deep state federal bureaucracy workers, lobbyists and even, I suspect, some high ranking military officers are all now wondering when the axe will fall as surely it will. Comey was the plug needed to drain the swamp.

Comey’s professional history is a study in favoritism. He was indebted to the Clintons. He owed them his career and did so by providing cover for their crimes. His job was to kill the felony investigation of Hillary Clinton. At the same time, Comey started work on an Obama demand to monitor Donald Trump (illegally) and all persons involved in the Republican campaign to acquire dirt that could be used to hurt Trump later. This included using a fake “dossier” paid for by Clinton’s campaign to create justification for the surveillance and connect Trump’s campaign to Russians skulduggery. It failed, the scheme was exposed, the media went nut’s looking for another excuse to discredit Trump and yet, he still smiles and goes about his business of erasing the Obama legacy. It’s a pity the press hasn’t got it yet. Hate is a powerful drug.

How in the world does a huge corporation, like United Airlines, faced with eager competitors engaged in the sole business of public transportation, believe it somehow has the inalienable right to club some fellow over the head, who bought their product, and drag his bloody body, inchoate and screaming, out of the seat he just purchased and down the aisle with dozens of onlookers, with iPhones I might add, as witnesses, and think they are doing a good deed? It has nothing to do with leadership because their is no leadership, just a manager with a rule book!

Good intentions are the opiate of the Progressive/Socialist class empowered by a pre-developed mind-set that does not allow for individual reasoning, decision making or accepting responsibility for mistakes. All responsibility now lies in “books of rules,” tomes of ‘one size fits all’ command and control, relegating no authority to anyone to say “Stop it already, enough is enough!”

As far as United Airline’s problem is concerned, hundreds of cheaper and understandable  remedies have already been posited on the social media sites so I’ll not add my views here, but, I’d  rather focus on why leadership has failed. It’s an easy study; we have failed because we have over burdened ourselves with rules, thousands of rules, books of rules, and have given the power to enforce those rules to people who apparently have little or no understanding into the constitutional reasons why those thousands of rules are generally archaic, invalid, and legally unenforceable, but are enforced anyway. It’s a subject that is rarely ever discussed. Where has American leadership gone awry? Where are the examples of the leadership that was once Americas? There are none. Progressivism has seen to  that.

Hopefully, not too many public companies, like United Airlines, entertain clumsy business models that permits the clubbing of customers. But, as they are corporate entities that follow unbendable rules, they will pay the penalty in lost ridership, rotten PR and declining stock rvalues, and worse, possible bankruptcy, throwing hundreds of employees onto the dole.

For companies like United, apologies from top managers,”we re-accommodated him” are laughable and meaningless. Unless corporate structures change to the point that any employee, at any grade, is empowered to fearlessly call a halt to such stupidity when they see it, the carnage will continue. That’s the problem with strict adherence to rule books. There is no wiggle room so, blame the rule book.

In the United Airlines case, any member of the cabin crew should have had the authority, right then and there, to stop the assault and battery on a customer when other remedies were so easily available. The unhappy lesson of a mind-set that draws its actions from an inflexible rule book, that denies authority to employees to make spot decisions, is soon to be realized by the coming massive lawsuit, and will hasten a reevaluation of the unintended consequences of strict management by the no tolerance book of rules. Stupidity always accompanies indecision. When the lack of making an apparently simple decision is denied to the very employees who could have stopped it, then “stupidity” becomes the norm.

Last question. Who thought it was important enough to call the Airport Police to physically remove the customer from his paid seat? As a result of such stupid thinking, there are now, additionally, three police officers on the dock for taking action that was not not theirs to take, by enforcing some idiotic rule of a private corporations decisions to ruin their public relations. The good news is that United has apparently decided not to club their passengers any more.

America’s political atmosphere has suddenly become a bit less combustible since Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell invoked Harry Reid’s nuclear option choking off the filibuster. Now, on reflection, I expect that Senators may return to being statesmen again and not obstructionists by using the only tool available for obstructionists, the filibuster.

Oh, they still hate conservatism but they’re powerless to make any changes. The Democrat party is defeated, they just haven’t accepted it yet. The worst of the problem is that the GOP doesn’t know how to lead and are just beginning to realize they are actually in charge.

Individual Republicans try to act for themselves until such time they get co-opted by the forces of Big Government. They march not to a different drummer, but each to their own drummer, a cacophony of drumbeats, each with their own ideas, squabbling in disagreement on the pettiest of issues, while the organized, machine like Democrats manipulate them into confusion and disarray. The Democrats just got comfortable and that made them lazy and careless.

It was the organized tea party’s supporting constitutional thinking candidates that started the change in the Republican party. The organized Freedom Caucus is proof of that. The GOP’s leadership, instead of working to keep Democrats happy so “we can all get along,” must now contend with a raucous caucus that is changing the course of their ship of state and, they don’t like it. Then along came Trump, not a Republican and certainly not a Socialist (democrat) making changes in the party’s name whether they like it or not. It’s the New Age Republican Party and it’s Trumps party now. His enemies are lined up to get ‘em.

Trumps trick is that he moves so fast, like the Roadrunner, (beep-beep) that nobody can fire up his programs and start the combustion they so dearly desire. Whoosh, and he’s gone on to the next project. Chuck Schumer recognizes that. Notice how he has now sounding a bit conciliatory? Forget the nominations process, it’s over. He agreed with President Trumps lobbing of cruise missiles onto the Syrian Airfield, and is actually making overtures to try to stem the death knell of his beloved Obamacare. I think he really sees salvation in Trump’s presidency if they stop rattling his cage. Trump’s a doer. He completes projects, he knows how much it’s going to cost and where to cut wasted spending. He don’t mind sharing the credit either.

Campaign wise, The Democrats are coming on very noisily. In the race for Georgia’s 6th House Dist. the Democrat candidate, a youthful inexperienced, clownish figure, has $8.4 million dollars and it didn’t come from 6th Dist. Democrat donor’s because within the Democrat party there lurks their real enemy, the killer elites, the New Age Democrat Party of the Bernie Sanders faction. They are dedicated socialists. They will be coming on very strongly and very soon. They hate the Clinton’s and the DNC who suckered Bernie Sanders into what appeared to be a fair contest for the nomination when the game was rigged all along. They will be setting the democrat agenda afire in the next year or two.

And, here all along, we thought the Democrat Party was a solid socialist party in the old soviet mold. We ain’t seen nothing yet. Bernie’s battalions will soon be organized and hitting the streets. They will do to the old age Democrat party what the Tea Party has done to the old age Republicans, snatch away their reason to exist. Ron Paul had a near similar success with his dedicated Libertarians but they fell short because they still pretended to be Republicans with a bitch and nobody likes bitchers.  Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. What is the new democracy? We know it when we see it and we see it every day. It’s been around for about four decades and it’s ugly but we’ve gotten used to it.. We’ve been conned over the years to accept that our government is a democracy, not a republic, but Nov. 8th’s election (electoral votes over popular votes) put a brutal end to that misconception.

Subsequently, millions of liberals, mostly concentrated in America’s great population cesspools of liberal think on the east and west coasts, were never taught the truth, and when the truth came out and exploded in their faces, they went into a berserk driven meltdown, a condition from which they have not yet recovered. Included among the snowflakes that visibly comprise the distraught Liberal thinkers are the anarchists, the George Soros “Open Society” adherents (who are really fascists), and other loser social groups (BLM) dependent on the Liberalism of Obama and Hillary for their salvation. Salvation means a reason to exist.

The Democrat party embraces the New Democracy with their whole body and soul, as a religion. They try to sound moderate but occasionally reveal their hidden intents publicly such as the remarkable statement made by the intellectual nimrod from Calif., Sen. Diane Feinstein, when she rendered her opinion on the selection of Associate Supreme Court Justice nominee, Neil Gorsuch. She said that she finds “Gorsuch’s opinion on the Constitution troubling!”

Troubling?  Should we not be troubled by her thinking instead?

New Democracy adherents speak out for majority rule, not Constitutional rule, because without it their concepts, and the power that drives them, would cease to exist. Feinstein, and her ilk, truly believe the majority of Americans would still be happier under Socialism. Well, no, they wouldn’t!  The elections of 2012, 2014 and 2016 proved that.  Go away!

Basic elements of the New Democracy, are political correctness, a perversion of the protections afforded by the1st Amendment, enforced by thought police. Opposition to the 2nd Amendment, the one that allows Americans to defend themselves, a definite negative for the New Democracy thinkers; multiculturalism, a belief that mixed cultures, as opposed to an American one, makes for a happier society where new histories can be written to replace those created and written about by dead old white men that led us, good or bad, to where we are today.

It is also a basic tenant of the New Democracy thinkers to keep society in turmoil, race against race, religion vs. atheism, morality vs. sexual perversion, lies vs. the truth, obstruction vs. cooperation and, always blaming others for misdeeds they commit themselves. For example, Scooter Libby went to prison for something he absolutely didn’t do,’out’ Valerie Plane, an alleged CIA secret agent (she wasn’t). Can we expect to see Susan Rice in the dock soon for outing Lt.Gen. Mike Flynn, a felony by the way? How about Hillary Clinton’s felonies. Where have they gone? Is the machine hoping she will die first before she see’s the inside of a court room as an accused felon and traitor? Or her pedophile, rapist husband, the one with the “ah shucks” smile?  Will Jeff Sessions be talked out of pursuing justice? According to the New Democracy folks, the rules were not made for them, only the little people, the stupid people.

Finally, Chuckie Schumer, the grand poo bah of the New Democracy, is desperate to cling to relevancy as he lies in front of the microphones about any and every issue that does not fit into the plan for Americas future that the New Democracy people insist we would be happier in. I think we voted already. No, no, no, no! So, enough of this crap already. Let’s MAGA.

California Senator Diane Feinstein used the issue of abortion for her attack on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. She said that she will probably oppose him because he believes “the intentional taking of a human life by private persons is always wrong.” Private persons here being abortionists, including professionally trained medical doctors.

It’s apparently okay to take lives, by execution, of adults who have passed the line of abiding in a safe society by their decision(s) to become murderous or treasonous criminals, but that’s another argument. Society basically agrees there is a point that disposing of the lives of those who made bad choices is indispensable for a communities safety and happiness.

Continuing the estimable Senators delusional pontifications, she opined: “Judge Gorsuch has not had occasion to rule directly on a case involving Roe. However, his writings do raise questions. Specifically, he wrote that he believes there are no exceptions to the principle that ‘the intentional taking of a human life by private persons is always wrong.’ This language has been interpreted by both pro-life and pro-choice organizations to mean he would overturn Roe.”

How more morally reprehensible can she and her party, be? Diane Feinstein proudly labels herself a Progressive and demonstrates that pride in act, word and deed. A casual examination of the history of her “Progressivism” reveals a sordid story concerning their attitude toward human life, who should live and who should not, a philosophy not wrapped in a “woman’s choice,” but what was actually best for the “collective.” Women’s healthcare was never an issue.

The 20th Century alone reveals a bleak, history of Progressive (Communist) regimes that glorified in murdering over 100 million innocent people in the name of the “Party.” Concerns for human rights, when the Bolshevik Revolution swept across Russia in the early 1900’s, was not an issue at all. The leap from Soviet Russia to Maoist China is a short one, but the body count raised exponentially. We cannot forget the killing fields of Cambodia and Burma either.

A reading of the 20th century history of Soviet Russia reveals little, if anything, about abortions. Why would abortions be important in a Progressive paradise whose policies were the wholesale murder of men, women and children. The effectiveness of mass starvation, slave labor camps and summary executions of enemies of the state, (and abortions) cannot be denied.

Sen. Feinstein did say something very important about Trump, he would keep his word and that reflects on Gorsuch. Specifically, she said: “President Trump repeatedly promised to appoint someone in the mold of Justice Scalia and that the nomination of Judge Gorsuch illustrates he’s a man of his word,”  that “The Supreme Court has the final say on whether a woman will continue to have control over her own body or whether decisions about her healthcare will be determined by politicians and the government.”  “By politicians and the government?”

Politicians are the government and if its a Progressive one, then mass killings could be here to stay. One supposes, according to Feinstein, that Progressives think they are morally superior to Judge Gorsuch. For a politician to be morally superior is to arrogantly rise above the Scriptures (the Torah in Feinstein’s case) and, to assert that “the Party” knows what’s best for all is to make social injustice a conceited excuse for criminal behavior, women’s choice be damned. We have left Obama’s murky world of political favoritism, threats and lawlessness. Let’s not go there again.

While the Democrats are in their self-loathing mode, wasting our time delaying Trumps Cabinet appointments, a few in the GOP now pretend they want to be Statesmen, as in seriously considering the possible negative affects of rooting out Obamacare and replacing it with an affordable free market plan that everybody can participate in. What negative affects?

Some GOPer’s, in their steadfast commitment to inaction, claim there is still 10% now covered by the ADA (free health care), who needs to be considered. Well, no, they don’t, because there is no way in hell any of those freeloaders are going to vote for a Republican, on any account, at any time so, forget that option. Repeal Obamacare, right now, while we still hold the Congress.

In these nearly final days of our Grand Republic, many politicians, a majority in fact, Democrat and Republican alike, have sought political office simply to enrich themselves and their cronies with absolutely no thought to real statesmanship. Jeff Sessions is probably the last real statesman coming out of the Senate. I’ll give credit to first term Senators David Perdue and Tom Cotton, as falling into the “Statesman” category. The rest of ‘em aren’t worth spit!

Macaskill and Collins? When did these two illuminaries decide they were qualified to be Statesmen? The minute Trump was elected, that’s when!  As “Never-Trumper’s” they might as well be Democrats for all the good they’re doing to the GOP’s plans to move America away from Obama’s fascism. For any Republican to align themselves with Democrats, on any issue, is the supreme act of betrayal to their party and to their country. To pretend they do so as Statesmen, is even worse. It is the supreme act of fecklessness. That’s John McCain and Lindsay Graham!

Democrats are fooling nobody. They are the party of small minded, nasty, hate filled hypocrites. Their media rants provide fodder for Comedy Central, Saturday Night Live, Roger Moore and Bill Maher. These people are the leftover dregs from the1960’s, like Hillary and Bill Clinton.

They look down on those who serve and support the military, as simple creatures incapable of getting a job anywhere else; kinda like many college professors with PhD’s in useless subjects, unable to get a job in the real market so, they teach to eat.

These delusional Progressives called the wife of a Navy Seal warrior killed in combat, dumb because, they say, President Trump used her as a prop. They see all of us who serve or have served in the military, as just bible toting populist and patriotic, nationalistic numbskulls, in the way of their plan for a one world government. Is it no wonder the Democrat Party is shrinking as more and more sane people head for the doors?

The Democrat party, in its death struggle, have elevated hypocrisy to a high art form. Trump’s election halted their global agenda dead in its tracks. When Trump withdrew the from TPP, he stymied the lefts nearly completed plan to give away America’s sovereignty to a one world government. His encouragement of other nations, especially in the EU, to recover their national identities, sovereignty and dignity, has inflamed them all the more. Nationalism is the enemy of a One World government. To that end, we can easily see the role of multi-national trade unions as the deceptive vehicles to encourage a one-world government. Jews need not apply.

The political conflicts we now endure, between what’s left of the Democrat party and the real Americans taking over, can best be visualized in their choice of leadership. The Democrats  unsuccessfully hyped Keith Ellison, a known anti-Semite and supporter of radical Islam, as their party chairman. He was endorsed by Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Chuckie Schumer. This is not just a battle of Republicans vs Democrats, this is a battle of good vs evil.
