CLEVELAND, Ga. — White County authorities arrested Cory Ryan Williams, 35, of Cleveland last week on a charge of aggravated assault.
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at 514 Eden Circle where Joanna Grave Williams said she and her husband argued over money he borrowed from her co-worker without her knowledge. During the argument, she said he knocked over an end table in the home, then grabbed a grilling fork and attempted to puncture the tires on her car. When that failed, he turned on her and swung at her with the fork but missed.
Deputies arrested Williams and transported him to the White County Detention Center.
