CLEVELAND, Ga. – Joseph Patrick Williams, 27 of Cleveland has been charged with Battery-Family Violence, one count of cruelty to children in the first degree and three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.

The charges flow from a domestic violence incident on White Street in Cleveland on May 25. The battery and cruelty in the first degree charges involve a 3-year child while the other charges relate to other children were in the home at the time of the incident which was not reported to the Cleveland Police Department until May 28.
