SAUTEE NACOOCHEE, GA. — AGoFundMe has been set up for the family of two-year-old Isabella Rider who was accidentally struck and killed by her grandfather’s automobile in the driveway at 930 Woodland Road Monday evening.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, charges will not be filed against the grandfather, 73-year-od Larry Flowers.

The report states that Flowers was turning into the driveway and was unable to see the child over his hood or down the driveway due to the incline. The child was deceased upon arrival of the investigating Trooper.
