Cleveland man arrested in Hall County drug bust

HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A 28-year-old Cleveland man was one of four arrested last week following a months-long, multi-agency investigation of heroin distribution in north Georgia.

Justin Travis Partin of Cleveland has been charged with possession of heroin and abandonment of a dangerous drug. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, and Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad had been investigating 20-year-old Jacob Christian Loden of Gainesville and his alleged involvement in heroin distribution.

The investigation led to a traffic stop by Georgia State Patrol and a K-9 from Georgia Corrections Department that resulted in the arrest of three Hall County men.

Loden was arrested and charged with possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and the possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Andrew Trenton Delvalle, 24 years old, of Gainesville, was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Distribution of Heroin, and Crossing Guard Lines with Heroin. Andrew Michael Kennedy, 21 years old, of Clermont, was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin and Crossing Guard Lines with Heroin.

Additional charges may be forthcoming.
