Leprechaun Throw-Down Axe Throwing Tourney Mar. 17 will benefit Family Promise of White and Habersham

CLEVELAND, Ga — Family Promise of White and Habersham is a501(c)3 non-profit and the only homeless shelter serving local homeless families with children in White County.

On St. Patrick’s Day, Mar. 17, all while Family Promise is proud to partner with Highway To Hell’n, Yonah Burger and Tantrum Brewing Company to host the first Leprechaun Throw-Down axe throwing tournament at Highway To Hell’n (2047 Helen Highway, Cleveland) from 5-8pm.

Tickets are $45 and include 30 minutes of instruction, a delicious Yonah Burger & fries, and $1 off beverages at Tantrum! Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 contestants.

Family Promise of White & Habersham (FPWH) is the only homeless shelter in White County and is an essential resource for homeless children in Habersham and their families. FPWH provides services to both help overcome and prevent homelessness through a strong network of local church congregations and volunteers who provide overnight/weekend shelter, home-cooked meals, and loving fellowship for families who enter the program for an average of three months. Comprehensive case management, education, training programs and counseling services are made available in order to move our guests from a state of homelessness to a position of self-sustainability.
