On Tuesday, the White County Lady Warriors travelled to play the West Hall Lady Spartans. The Lady Warriors won the game 79-44. Bentley Cronic led the way for White with 22 points, and Maddie Futch had 11.

The first quarter was a slow start for both teams. The score went back and forth, with White County leading 15-10 at the end of period.

The Lady Warriors took over the game in the second quarter. A 16-2 run early in the quarter, and a 17-0 run to end the quarter gave them a 47-18 lead at halftime. White County outscored West Hall 32-8 in the quarter.

An early 13-1 run to open the second half by the Lady Warriors extended the lead past 40. At the end of the quarter, White County lead 69-32.

The fourth quarter was fairly even, but White County still walked away with a 79-44 victory.

The Lady Warriors’ next game will be Friday at home against Habersham Central at 6 P.M.
