Planning Commission work session set Tuesday

CLEVELAND, Ga. – The White County Planning Commission will hold a work session on Tuesday (May 28) at 6 p.m. in the White County Sr. Center 1239 Helen Hwy to hear a series of variance requests.
Karson Coker has requested a variance for a sign area on property located at 3216 Hwy 75 South in Cleveland.
Jennifer Thomas Section has requested a variance for more than one dwelling per tract on property located at 291 Logan’s Ridge Road in Cleveland.
Peter Tamblyn has requested a variance for structures over 400 square feet on property located at 379 Hidden Valley Road in Cleveland.
Voyce Hunt has requested a variance for access to property located on Tow Drive in Cleveland.
The Planning Commission makes recommendations on these and other applications to the Board of Commissioners which makes the final decision
