CLEVELAND, Ga. – White County authorities have arrested a 42-year-old Cleveland man on a charge of computer pornography.

Billy Eller was arrested on Jan. 25 after he allegedly sent “inappropriate” text messages to a 16-year-old female victim.

Captain Rick Kelley, of the White County Sheriff’s Office,  said Eller allegedly sent multiple text messages to the victim over a period of time.

Eller was booked into the White County Detention Center and bonded out the same day.
