Ms. Anna Francis Smith, age, 82 passed away at The Oaks Scenic View on Wednesday, August 16, 2017.  Ms. Smith was born on March 5, 1935 in Beaver Falls, PA to the late Grace Leifer.  Ms. Smith spent her working career as a caregiver in different nursing homes and because of that will be remembered for being loving and caring by the many lives that she touched.

She is preceded in death by her mother.  Ms. Smith is survived by her son, James Smith;  grandchildren, Amy Smith, Misty Dawn Crawford, David Adam Garrish, Joel Smith and J.R. Smith; as well as 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

Memorial services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 22, 2014 at 4 PM.
