Pauline Ivester, age 84 of Clarkesville, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017.

Mrs. Ivester was born on January 18, 1933, in Clayton, Georgia to the late Jessie and Frances Woodall Motes. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Clarkesville Church of God. Mrs. Ivester was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Ivester; son, William Crawford; granddaughter, Kristi Brown; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Tina Smith and Devin Maxwell, Clarkesville, Rita Ivester Copely and Chris Moore, Demorest; grandchildren, Kathy and Tracey Copley, Kayla and Sam Turner, Ashley Eubanks, Amanda Eubanks, Jimmy Ann Eubanks; great grandchildren, Haley Harris, Andrew Harris, Ethan Maxwell, and Timothy Maxwell.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 18, 2017 at Liberty Cemetery, in Tiger, Georgia. The Rev. Tim Turner will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
