White County Sheriff’s Office Releases Sketch of Robbery, Shooting Suspect

CLEVELAND, Ga. — White County Sheriff’s Office has released a sketch of the suspect in Monday’s robbery and shooting at Woodlawn Gardens and Farm.

Sheriff Neal Walden said a white male believed to be about 40-50 years old, approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 150 pounds with a tattoo on the left side of his face attempted to rob Tim Motes who was cleaning the restaurant at the time. When Motes said he didn’t have any money, the suspect shot him in the stomach.

Motes was transported by White County EMS to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville where his injury is believed to be non life-threatening.
