CLEVELAND, Ga. — An unidentified Cleveland man escaped serious injury Friday when he pulled into a private driveway off Campbell street. As he started to exit the vehicle it began to roll, knocking him down.

Cleveland Fire Chief Ricky Pruitt said the vehicle then rolled across Campbell Street through the yard next to Glenda’s Restaurant and struck an LP gas tank, knocking it over before coming to rest against a parked vehicle. Pruitt said, when the vehicle knocked over the gas tank it caused a small leak.

Cleveland Fire Department secured the area, until a gas company employee arrived and stopped the leak.
