CLEVELAND, Ga. –Cpl. Nick Jenkins of the Georgia State Patrol reports that a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on US Hwy. 129 in Cleveland at around 7:55 pm Thursda near the intersection of Hope Drive in front of Walmart.
