Teens Indicted In Connection with White Co. Murder

CLEVELAND — Christopher Courville, 17, Courtlen Conner Daniel, 18, and Daniel Chase Wilson, 19, were indicted this week in connection with the shooting death of 21-year-old Savon Williams at a home on Eagle Ridge Trail in Cleveland on July 1.

The White County Grand Jury indicted Courville on 10 charges, including felony murder, violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and aggravated assault.

Daniels was indicted on charges of concealing the death, entering an auto, theft by taking, and violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.
Wilson was indicted on charges of entering an auto, theft by taking and violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.

White County Chief Deputy Bob Ingram said a 16-year-old juvenile was also charged with entering an auto and violation of the Georgia Gang Statute.

Ingram said the suspects are all members of the gang BTA (Bout That Action) and that the gun used in the incident is believed to have been stolen from a vehicle in White County a couple of days before the shooting.
