WHITE COUNTY, Ga. — The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a rare Thursday called meeting Thursday (July 14) at 10 am in the Board Room of the County Administration Building. to discuss a real estate purchase.

Commissioners will also consider:

• Bruce Kofke’s request to redistrict 1.01 acres at 86 Unicoi Hills Trail in Sautee Nacoochee to be placed in the county’s short-term rental program;
• Don Ferguson’s request to redistrict 6.80 acres at 200 Hugh Self Road in Cleveland to be placed in the county’s shorterm rental program.
