BOC will present proposed 2022-’23 budget

WHITE COUNTY, Ga. — The Board of Commissioners will present the proposed FY 2022-’23 budget at a combined work session and called meeting Monday June 27 at 4:30 pm in the White County Administration Building.
Other items on the agenda include the introduction of Mike Lefevre as the new Division Chief of Fire Services and a presentation of the county’s strategic economic development plan on behalf of the White County Development Authority.
The Board will also consider approval of a memorandum of understanding with the Georgia Department of Transportation for a temporary debris management site and an amendment to the automatic aid agreement for fire services with the City of Cleveland.
Commissioners are expected to approve FY 2022-’23 contracts with:
