WHITE COUNTY, Ga. – The precincts are now all reporting for White County. The election results are as follows:
Sheriff – Rick Kelley, the incumbent, has won with 86.61% of the vote. He has beat his opponent, Robert Morin, who earned 13.39% of the vote.
County Commission Chairman – Travis Turner, the incumbent, has won with 68.81%, whereas his opponent, Chris Dorsey, earned 31.19% of the vote.
County Commission District 1 – Roy “Shan” Ash has won with 52.60% of the vote, beating his opponent Terry Goodger who was the incumbent of the seat. Goodger earned 47.40% of the vote.
County Commission District 4 – The incumbent, Craig Bryant, has secured the seat with 53.13% of the vote. His opponent, Barry Vandiver earned 46.87% of the vote.
Other county seats in White County, that were up for election, ran unopposed.
