CLEVELAND, Ga.- The Cleveland City Council is hosting its monthly meeting on May 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Department.

The meeting is open to the public. This is the agenda for the council meeting.

PLANNING AND ZONING CHAIRMAN NADINE WARDENGA

1. Cleveland Church of God, Inc./Patrick Ballington requesting a rezoning from B–11 – Highway Commercial to B–1 Central Business for approximately.98 acres, Tax Map and Parcel 047D–077 located at the 1882 E. Kytle Street. The proposed use of this property is for Camper, Automobile, and Motor Home Parking.

6. Cleveland Police Department was selected as the Fraternal Order of Police/Georgia Mountains Lodge recipient of the “Protect the Protectors” bulletproof vest program. The FOP has donated seven (7) new vests to the officers of our agency.
