HALL COUNTY, Ga. – A Cleveland man and woman have been arrested on charges of aggravated child molestation involving a male victim under the age of 16.
Brittany Elizabeth Hayes, 28, and Timmy Allen Williamson, 39, were arrested by Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies Wednesday (July 1) and booked into the Hall Count Jail. In addition to aggravated child molestation, Williamson is charged with incest.
The alleged incident took place at Mossy Creek State Park sometime between June 1, 2019 and Aug. 31, 2019. The victim disclosed the incident to family members and Hall County began its investigation on May 27, 2020.
