“Millie” Camilla Payne, age 72 of Cleveland, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cleveland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mount View Cemetery. Mrs. Payne is survived by her husband James Payne of 55 years; daughters and sons-in-law Teresa and William White, of Cleveland, Georgia; Lisa and Jeff Brown, of Woodstock, Georgia; grandchildren Jonathan and Amanda Powell; Zachary Miller; Austin Miller; Michael Brown; Cassandra Brown. Millie enjoyed flowers, gardening, and was a member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church in Grayson, Georgia. She was employed as a secretary with the Gwinnett County School System for over 30 years until her retirement.
