WHITE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

MEETING NOTICE

Monday, June 5, 2017 – Budget Public Hearing & Regular Meeting:

The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed FY 2017 / 2018 Budget on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the White County Administration Building Board Room, 1235 Helen Hwy Cleveland, GA 30528. Copies of the proposed draft budget summary are available for public inspection at the White County Administration Building during regular business hours.

The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, June 5, 2017 immediately following the Budget Public Hearing. Agenda requests for this meeting must be submitted by Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Agenda requests must be sent to County Manager Michael Melton, mmelton@whitecounty.net and copied to County Clerk Shanda Murphy, smurphy@whitecounty.net.

Tuesday, June 6, 2017 – Yonah Preserve Project Roundtable Meeting:

The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Roundtable Meeting on the design plans for Yonah Preserve on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the Administration Building. A quorum of Commissioners will be present.

Monday, June 12, 2017 – Called Meeting For Budget Adoption: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Called Meeting on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Administration Building. The purpose of the Called Meeting will be to consider adoption of the FY 2017 / 2018 Budget.

Monday, June 26, 2017 – Combined Work Session & Regular Meeting: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a combined Work Session & Regular Meeting on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Administration Building. Agenda requests for this meeting must be submitted by Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Agenda requests must be sent to County Manager Michael Melton, mmelton@whitecounty.net and copied to County Clerk Shanda Murphy, smurphy@whitecounty.net.

Prior to the Meeting on June 26, 2017 – the Board of Commissioners will be hosting a reception in honor of County Attorney Bill House’s Retirement. This will be a drop-in event 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Monday, July 3, 2017 – No Meeting Scheduled (Held June 26, 2017)

Tuesday, July 4, 2017 – County Offices Closed in Observance of Independence Day
