CLEVELAND, Ga. – The White County Planning Commission met in regular session Monday and approved three variance requests.
Natalie Martin’s requested a variance for more than one dwelling per tract on property located at 265 Wilson Road in White County. Martin said she plans to place a mobile home on the 1.42 acre lot until her permanent home is completed at which time the mobile home will be removed. The request was unanimously approved.
The Planning Commission also granted Ann Moore’s requested variance for driveway access to a lot on Pottery Shop Drive in Cleveland that she and her husband own.
Gloria Charriez requested a variance for lot access to a 1.24 acre property on Sooty Drive in Cleveland so she can sell the property. Planning Commission members gave their unanimous approval.
