CLEVELAND, Ga. – White County Authorities have arrested Frederick Sauder, 27, of Cleveland, Ga and charged him with felony murder in connection with the shooting death of Wayne Alexander on August 12.
White County Chief Deputy Bob Ingram said Sauder was arrested at the Travel Inn Motel in Athens at 2:30 this morning. Ingram said Sauder was transported to an Athens are hospital after ingesting an unknown drug.
Alexander was 66-years-old. His body was found by his ex-wife who said she went to check on him at his home on Craven Road Wednesday because of some physical problems he had.
