Carlton Sprague, age 79 of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016.
Mr. Sprague was born on July 23, 1937, in Pennsylvania, to the late Howard and Marjorie Bertis Sprague. He was self-employed in the construction business and a member of Return Baptist Church. Mr. Sprague was preceded in death by brothers, Gary Sprague and Butch Sprague.
Survivors include sons, Robert Sprague, Vincentown, NJ, Joey Sprague, Cleveland, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Lajean Sprague, Benton, AR; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Reggie Williams, Vincentown, NJ, Theresa and Rickey Henderson, Sautee, GA, Carol and Jack Swain, Salem County, NJ; Carlene and James Mehl, Brownmills, NJ; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Helena Sprague; sister, Judy Sweet, sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie Kay and Anthony Antonelli; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Return Baptist Church. The Rev. Anthony Shore will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
