WHITE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING NOTICE

 

Monday, July 25, 2016 

 

• Work Session: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Work Session on Monday, July 25, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the White County Administration Building. The deadline for submitting agenda item requests for this meeting will be Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Agenda requests must be made on the designated form (available from the County Clerk) and submitted to County Manager Michael Meltonmmelton@whitecounty.net and copied to County Clerk Shanda Murphy smurphy@whitecounty.net.

 

• Called Meeting: Immediately following the Work Session, the Board of Commissioners will enter into a Called Meeting in order to address several items of business which will be published on the meeting agenda.

Monday, August 1, 2016 – Public Hearing #1: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing in order to receive public comment on the proposed 2016 millage rate increase on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the White County Administration Building.

 

Monday, August 1, 2016 – Regular Meeting: Rescheduled for Monday, August 8, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.

 

Thursday, August 4, 2016 – Public Hearing #2: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing in order to receive public comment on the proposed 2016 millage rate increase on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the White County Administration Building.

 

Monday, August 8, 2016  –

 

• Regular Meeting: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the White County Administration Building.

 

• Public Hearing #3: The White County Board of Commissioners will hold the third and final Public Hearing in order to receive public comment on the proposed 2016 millage rate increase on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.

 

• Called Meeting: The White County Board of Commissioners will enter into a Called Meeting on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 6:15 p.m. in order to consider adoption of a resolution setting the 2016 millage rate.
