Mark Stephen Hughes, age 52 of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Hughes was born on May 28, 1963, in Tucker, Georgia to Merlyn and Helen Freeman Hughes. He was a self-employed carpenter. Mr. Hughes was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harvey and Ruby Freeman, Luther and Flossie Hughes; uncle, Ray Freeman.
Survivors include his wife, Leslie Hughes, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Brittany and Michael Greenway, HI, Priscilla and James Reagin, Cleveland; daughters, Miranda Eubanks, Winder, GA, Courtney Elliott, Cleveland, Christy Elliott, Cleveland; grandchildren, James Reagin IV, Cleveland, Sage Reagin, Cleveland; parents, Merlyn and Helen Hughes, Suches; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Beverly Hughes, Murrayville; nephew, Cameron Hughes, Murrayville.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Derrick Pruitt and Deacon Tommy White will officiate. Interment will follow at Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Saturday.
